Welcome to The Windsor Treasure with Professional Arcade Room! Brand New 2024!

We know that reviews are important, and as a brand new home we have very few. We invite all families considering our new home to look at our reviews for our four other homes in Windsor Hills (The Windsor Wonder, The Windsor Fantasy, The Windsor Dream, and The Windsor Magic) at VRBO listing #840075, #93534, #2064414, and #2548198. We are blessed to have received over 550 Five Star reviews across our homes, more than any other owner in Windsor Hills.

We have just completely remodeled The Windsor Treasure. All of the appliances are brand new, the custom fireplace, all new mattresses, flooring, TVs and the list goes on. We also have a professional Arcade Room - not just a "game room". Our Arcade Room has professional arcade games like you might find at Dave and Busters or Chuck-E-Cheese's - there are no "toys" in here. All of the games are set to "free play" for our guests.


Discover Windsor Hills at The Windsor Treasure. Bill and Donna's luxury villa at Windsor Hills, featuring a true south-facing private pool and hot-tub. We are one of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park and Clubhouse, about a 5 minute stroll away.

We own FIVE HOMES in Windsor Hills - The Windsor Treasure, The Windsor Wonder, The Windsor Magic, The Windsor Dream, The Windsor Fantasy so if you are traveling with friends or extended family please just let us know.

There are NO FEES for our guests to utilize the Water Park or Community Pool. We will provide the names of your family members to the Windsor Hills staff so there will be no cost for you. For all non-registered guests, the wristbands cost $10 per person per day, but again that will be waived for your family.

The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has limited view rear neighbors. While we do have neighbors behind us, they are at a lower elevation, so you only see the top of their pool area, which makes it quieter and less intrusive. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property at the same elevation. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. .

Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own SMART television.

Our arcade room is an actual room - no garage doors - and is air conditioned, and offers a professional grade air hockey table, professional basketball shooting game, professional skee-ball, two Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift racing games that are linked for head-to-head competition, and an immersive Deadstorm Pirates game where two players can sit inside of the game. We also have a multcade arcade game offering all of the classics, such as PacMan, Frogger, Galaga, and more!

You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day.

We are available by both phone and e-mail during your stay, and we have a local caretaker who lives about 15 minutes away available 7 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay.

Please note: The Windsor Hills waterpark will be closed for renovations between January 5th, 2026 and February 6, 2026 (approximate dates). The community pool and hot tub will remain open.

A Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed at Bill and Donna's Windsor Treasure home. The home was beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect. It happened to be very cold when we went but with the house having it's own indoor arcade, we didn't mind spending the time inside. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which everyone truly appreciated. The club house is about a 5 minute walk from the home and there is a big playground that is just steps away. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to go in the pool with how cold it was but Bill did try to heat the pool as warm as he possibly could in case we wanted to give it a try. We did however go in the hot tub and was able to enjoy that. We had an wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back to this home next time we are in Florida.

Bill and Donna are outstanding hosts with excellent communication before and during our stay. They provided clear, timely, and thorough information about The Windsor Treasure and the surrounding area.The home is beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing photos—no surprises at all. It’s also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. When a toaster broke, they replaced it overnight, which really demonstrated their responsiveness.Our family loved the home, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home for our family.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at The Windsor Treasure. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions, as well as being conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants. Our kids absolutely adored the community pool, the backyard pool, and the hot tub, but they particularly enjoyed the arcade room. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location!

This house was great! It was spacious and very clean. The whole family loved the gameroom (we spent alot of time in there), and having our own pool to enjoy. We appreciated the proximity to all of our activities and stores. My son really enjoyed the waterpark and playground as well. Also, we really appreciated the responsivenss of the homeowners.

Fantastic experience

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, even offering helpful local tips. The house itself was spacious, providing plenty of room for our extended family to spread out and enjoy. The highlight for everyone was definitely the game room, which kept the kids (and grandparents) entertained for hours.

Amazing stay at the Windsor Treasure!

This is the third visit for us staying at one of Bill & Donna’s vacation homes. We love Windsor Hills community. It’s security gate guarded, has a beautiful resort community pool, & family-friendly. Our stay at The Windsor Treasure did not disappoint! The home was beautiful inside & out. Our family of six had plenty of space. All five bedrooms had their own bathroom. That makes such a difference. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds, spacious dresser and closet space, and attached bathrooms. The kitchen was big and overlooked the family room area. There was everything we needed to cook our meals. Drink glasses, dishes, bowls, pans, and plenty of utensils. The entire house was very clean and welcoming. The game room was AMAZING!!! Many hours spent having fun! That was a highlight! The dual washers and dryers made vacation life easy! The only time I don’t mind doing laundry! The outside backyard, pool, and spa were wonderful. Loved swimming every day! Lots of privacy in the backyard. Truly a beautiful house. We were very happy enjoying our vacation in this home. Close and convenient to Walmart, Target, and lots of restaurants. Definitely would vacation in this home (or any of their homes) again!

Windsor Treasure

Property exceeded our expectations!! We stayed 6 nights while vacationing at Disney World and Universal Studios. Very short drive to all the theme parks. Windsor Hills is a very nice and well maintained gated community. My only regrets are that we didn't have more time to enjoy Windsor Treasure due to our busy schedule at the theme parks. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the past 20 years and this one is on top of our list. We highly recommend Bill and Donna's "Windsor Treasure". You will not be disappointed .

Amazing Home!

Bill and Donna for the win! Not only were they responsive and super helpful but their home is AMAZING, you can tell they take great pride in their property! The home itself provides so much room for everyone to spread out and decompress from busy days and all come together for family fun. Game room was amazing and provided hours of entertainment for our adult kiddos and ourselves and with so much table space great for playing games and coming together for meals. Love the concierge service for groceries; that was a huge stress relief for us! You have thought of it all with this home. For those who wonder, yes there's plenty of towels for pool area as well as bathrooms (so many rentals fall short)

Book this house! My family absolutely loved it. The pool was great, the game room was amazing, rooms were well appointed, house was perfect for our needs. Also the hosts, Bill and Donna are amazing! The most responsive, the most helpful, absolutely perfect hosts. So much information was sent to make our stay the most comfortable it could be, and it was so appreciated. The neighborhood was great, loved being able to get lunch/ice cream at the big pool. We came with a toddler, and the proximity to the playground was awesome, he loved the castle! We almost always stay at vacation rentals when we come to Orlando, and this was the best one by far. Also the neighborhood was so close to Disney, 15 minutes away which was perfect for going home for naps. I really can’t stress enough, you’ll love it here!

Better than on-property!

Wow, what an amazing place! This house by far had the most amazing game room I could imagine being INSIDE the house, our teens could not get enough! But that's not to say the rest of the house was overlooked, the beds were wonderfully comfy after a long day in the parks. The kitchen and bathrooms had obviously been recently renovated very tastefully as well. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and even personally checked on us after a storm came through the area (which we amazingly hadn't even lost power for). The neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and charming with so many trees. This is literally the closest neighborhood of full sized houses to the Disney gate with Animal Kingdom being the closest park. A great fit for two families as well, with all the bedrooms having their own baths and spread out well throughout the house for privacy and noise reduction. I very much recommend this house!

Wonderful House, Fantastic Hosts, Great Location, Outstanding Trip!

Let’s talk about this beautiful home—what a gem! There was plenty of space for all of us, and the best part? Everyone had their own bathroom either in or right next to their room. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We made great memories in the game room (so fun!) and spent hours laughing and playing in the pool. Bill and Donna are truly exceptional hosts—they’ve thought of everything! Before our arrival, we received a guestbook that answered all those little questions you might have. It was incredibly helpful. We had a minor hiccup with the front door lock on the first evening, but a quick call to their house caretaker solved it. He was so kind and helpful—and even came by to retrieve the air hockey pucks that had gotten stuck! During our stay, there was a brief power outage, and Bill immediately checked in to make sure we were okay. That kind of attentiveness really goes above and beyond. We spent the week exploring Disney World and Universal Studios. The location of the home is perfect—just about 15 minutes to all the Disney parks and around 25 minutes to Universal. There’s a Walmart just up the road, which was our first stop for groceries and snacks. Fair warning: it’s a bit of a madhouse, kind of like going to Costco every time! Also, a quick shoutout to the reasonable gas prices—such a nice surprise! The nearby waterpark is within walking distance, and if you have little ones, the castle-themed park next door is adorable. We had an amazing trip and even planned a “down day” at the house just to relax and recharge (highly recommend!). We walked around 55 miles in six days—so yes, we fully embraced the ice cream and cold drinks! I would absolutely stay here again—or at any property hosted by Bill and Donna. Book it! You won’t regret it, and you’ll make memories that last a lifetime.

AMAZING

This home is Amazing! We were a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids. There was so much room in this house for everyone to have their own space and never feel crowded. The hot tub and pool were wonderful after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend getting it heated (even in May). The Game room is on another level! It’s not a little game in a garage it is a full Game ROOM with top notch games. I think the adults may have enjoyed the games as much as the kids. So much fun. And lastly communication… the owners were very quick to respond to any and all questions I had. We look forward to coming back to this house hopefully next year

Best rental ever!

The Windsor Treasure was absolutely perfect for our family vacation (wife and I, mother in law, plus 3 kids ages 15, 11, and 8). We had so much room to spread out. Having two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms plus an additional kids room and adjacent bathroom all on the first floor was fantastic for my wife and I, my mother in law, and our youngest. The third master bed/bath and another kids room with adjacent bath is upstairs, which was perfect for our two older kids. Our 8 year old son has autism, which meant that our Disney plans didn’t fully pan out as expected, however with the pool/hot tub, AMAZING arcade room, and the playground just two doors down the street made our stay amazing for not only him but our whole family. Bill and Donna are exceptional hosts and the work they’ve done to this house makes it hands down the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is new and updated!This was our fourth time staying at Windsor Hills over the last 8 years, but our first time at one of their properties. This house must be your go to if you’re traveling to the Orlando area, especially if you have multiple families or lots of kids. Also, the app that they give you access to has all kinds of detailed info about the house as well as recommendations for the surrounding area all available on your phone. No more old school guidebooks left on the coffee table for you to flip through. I cannot recommend the Windsor Treasure enough for your stay in the Orlando area!

Book it!! You will love it!!

This house is INCREDIBLE. There is so much space, it’s clean, decorated to the tee, stocked up with many things you need, in THE perfect location with THE most wonderful hosts!! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience staying in someone’s vacation home. Bill and Donna truly care for their guests and are so incredibly attentive down to the very last personal details of your stay. The house is literally right by the biggest playground and such a short walk to the amazing waterpark!! Anytime I had a question about the house, area or literally anything, Bill answered me SO quickly, I was almost shocked ! It felt like they were right there with us anytime we needed them. The house is just the best - from the bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious, themed so adorably and beds so comfortable, to the out of this world game room that my kids (and the adults) wouldn’t leave!! Their pool and spa were sooo nice too (I only wish the spa heated up a little more but that may be my literal only piece of feedback lol). Seriously my only regret is not writing this review sooner for others to see. If you’re debating, don’t. BOOK IT NOW!!! You’ll make fantastic memories to last a lifetime in this house!!!!

A Magical Stay Near Disney and Universal

Our recent stay in Florida surpassed all expectations, thanks to the incredible home we rented near Disney and Universal. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for a treat. Location-wise, this home couldn't have been more perfect. Its proximity to Disney and Universal made our theme park adventures convenient and stress-free. But what truly stole the show was the arcade room. It was next level entertainment, and the children were absolutely thrilled spending hours in there. The private pool and hot tub were a delightful bonus, providing relaxation and fun after a day of exploring. The home itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. Every detail had been meticulously thought out by our hosts, Bill and Donna, who were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They even allowed us an earlier check-in and offered a discount for an additional day when our flight was delayed. The grounds of the community were stunning, with amenities like the pool and waterslides adding to the overall enjoyment. The presence of security at the gates provided peace of mind, especially since I was traveling alone with my two children. Inside the home, every bedroom was a haven of comfort, with plush beds, abundant pillows, and wall-mounted TVs ensuring everyone had a cozy retreat. The ensuite bathrooms in three of the bedrooms felt like a luxury we didn't want to leave behind. Without a doubt, we'll be returning next year, and renting this home again is a no-brainer. It truly felt like a home away from home, and our entire family is already looking forward to our next magical stay.

Best Family Vacation House

We stayed in the Windsor Treasure this past week and had the best time. We are a family of five with an 11 year old and 4 year old twins. It is sometimes hard to find things that please both the preteen and the tots. This house has it all - of course the arcade being the biggest hit with the kids. They spent HOURS in there playing together, while my husband and I were able to actually have a conversation. We travel at least 2x a year and always try to address the things I look for in reviews when booking: The accommodations were clean, spacious, and well appointed. We could have had another family come with us, or grandparents, as the entire top floor wasn't used. This would be a perfect house for two families traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. We usually eat two meals in and one meal out every day we are on vacation, so having a kitchen that has anything we could want was helpful. There was also a grill, but we did not use it. On top of it all, there were multiple strollers, a highchair, a few games, a pack n play, and some kids plates and cups. We brought a stroller, but it was great to see that they were available if we did not. The beds were comfortable and every closet had extra linens, blankets, and pillows. The house also had pool towels, which saved so much room in our luggage. The double washers and dryer were also great to have, as we would throw wet towels and bathing suits in after use to dry them up, and also came home with all clean clothes! The outside area was wonderful. We loved the pool and used it multiple times a day. It was warm and clean. I was anxious about the pool and having small kids, but the doors were impossible for them to unlock, there is a door alarm, and also a secondary netted fence surrounding the pool as back up. I did not feel like the pool was a safety issue at all, and I cannot say that for every place we have stayed. We also enjoyed the amenities of the resort. The kids loved the zero entry pool and water park area. There is a place to get food and drinks, an arcade, and a gym by the resort pool. There were plenty of chairs and places to sit at the resort pool. The "Castle" playground was steps from the house and we spent a lot of time there as well. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We considered staying a new resort in the area instead of renting a house, and all of the review said it takes a long time each time you leave to get through security. Who wants to spend their precious vacation waiting in line to get to their accommodations? Not a problem here, after you check in, you are given a paper with a QR code that you can scan to get in the rest of your trip. One of the best things about this house are the owners. They put together an excellent, searchable guide that had information about anything we could possibly need or want to know about the house or the area. I used that guide multiple times a day. It saved me so much time trying to figure things out around the house such as trash, how to turn the arcade games on, how to use the appliances, where things are located, etc. I have never seen anything like it. You can tell Bill and Donna are passionate about wanting their guests to have the best vacation ever. We can attest that the house is also close to popular attractions. We went to Magic Kingdom one day and it was great it did not take us long to get home - less than 15 minutes. We also enjoyed the Showcase of Citrus, if you want something a little less overwhelming. It is tradition to ask each kid what their favorite part of our trips are when we are headed home and all of them agree - the house/arcade/swimming- above all the other activities we did in 6 days... I have already sent the link of this property to some of my friends and family, and considering staying in this house, or another of Bill and Donna's next year. It will be hard to top this vacation. Thank you Bill and Donna for helping us get through the rest of the cold NH winter.

We fell in love with Windsor Hills since we are only 2.5 miles away from Disney, and very close to Universal Studios too. We also take time to travel to either coast to swim in the ocean as a day trip (just 1-2 hours away). We just love our location.

Why they chose this property

We rented many homes in Windsor Hills before purchasing our five homes. There are not that many true south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills. Many are southwest, or southeast facing. We really like the benefits of having a true south-facing pool.

What makes this property unique

Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the homes face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. When you view the aerial map, you'll see many of those pool areas covered in shade - even during the middle of the day. With our south-facing pool, the sun is always on our pool area.
