About this property

01105 - 5 Montserrat Lane

A completely remodeled home from top to bottom with all new floors, kitchen, appliances, furnishings, SMART TVs, etc. The home is located just a few minutes from the West Security Gate and a few steps from Lake DeSoto, walking trails, Pickleball courts, Family recreation area, new outdoor pool (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) and DeSoto Golf Course. You can also walk to shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large SMART HDTVs have U-verse TV channels and access to streaming apps such as Amazon and NetFlix. There is a very comfortable living room with a large sofa. There is a reading room with great view of a scenic, private wooded area. There is a screened in porch and open deck. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and the master bathroom has a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV.
