***I offer an all inclusive experience in my cozy cabin themed townhome. 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, with deck & custom outdoor bar area. Pet friendly as well. Up to 3 dogs allowed. Perfect for a cocktail or morning coffee located just 50 ft from the swimmable Lake Segovia in Hot Springs Village. It is a cozy 12 acre lake. Trolling motor boats only on the lake. Conveniently close to the West Gate & 0.5 miles to Desoto Golf Course. Private Hot tub overlooking the lake with mounted tv... The ultimate Netflix and chill!! Need to warm up and don’t want to get wet? Relax in my sauna located in basement bedroom!! Basement bedroom is only accessible by the deck stairs or side slope of house. Included is seasoned wood for your indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. 4 total beds: 2 king, 1 queen, and a leather sofa & a futon for guests 7-8. There are 7 kayaks, 5 adult and 2 child’s sized, 5 fishing poles, and of course a 4-6 person spa including tv to relax & unwind for you! Indoor sauna as well for the chilly nights!Warm up by the outdoor fire pit. 5 total tv’s w/ 400 speed WiFi. This a Quiet, peaceful neighborhood . Pet friendly & only 2 minutes to the front gate & Brookshire grocery store & Walmart nearby too. Large 3rd bedroom basement room w/ 55 intv, sauna, full bath, pub table, tempur-pedic bed, futon, microwave included!! Keyless entry I’ll provide code after 11:00 AM on arrival day. Note: A security camera has recently been installed overlooking the front door entrance. Desoto Public pool available a mile away for 5pp/day during the summer months. Pickelball courts a mile down the main road Desoto.We are approximately 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 15 minutes to the pristine Lake Quachita!

Great place! Very clean, great views, easy to get in the house, hot tub was great and kayaking was fun. Host responds quickly and is extremely nice. Will definitely book with them again.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for our honeymoon and I must say that it was absolutely wonderful! The kayaks were a lot of fun along with the fishing! James was very fast, courteous, and helpful with his responses! He even gave us a sweet honeymoon gift! James, thank you for our wonderful honeymoon! We will be recommending for family and friends!

Amazing trip….. girls getaway! We enjoyed the house right on the water. We had access to kayaks / hot tub / walking trails and the public beaches. James was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. The beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies in the kitchen to use , and lots of towels were provided. The view each morning of the lake was so peaceful and beautiful. We highly recommend this place. Perfect place to relax and also enjoy Hot Springs itself…. The traditional baths at the Buckstaff were amazing and relaxing. Very reasonable priced Plan to return.

It is exaclty what i would expect in a lake house! Not fancy. Not trying to be art noveau or trendy. Just a comfy home that feels like it belongs to your uncle that loves golf and fishing. An eclectic mix of glasses plates and bowls that hits you in the 1980's in all the best ways. Beds were comfy, linens were clean, kitchen was well appointed. We loved taking the kayaks on the lake and the host left a binder with tons of useful information about the area.10/10 would stay again.

A Serene & Picturesque Retreat

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for a week, and this was the perfect, quiet place to get back to nature. Each morning I got to watch a mama duck and her 8 ducklings forage around the water's edge and drink my coffee in the company of a pair of chipmunks. The house had everything we needed, and James responded quickly to anything that arose. (The previous VRBO-ers had attracted an army of sugar ants, which James responded to promptly.) Fair warning, the fishing poles aren't in the greatest shape, but if you use worms and treat them like cane poles, it's just like at Nana and Pawpaw's, back in the day. Overall, the view here really takes first place. Waking up to the sunlight on the water and watching the sun fade, with a glass of wine and a good book, is the best slow-time vacation imaginable. )

Peaceful Lakeside Home

Very beautiful and peaceful community. Children loved the kayaks and went in lake daily with them. They also loved the community pool and nearby beach. Easy access to local stores. Overall just a lovely place!

Enjoyed time with family

The property was clean. The lake is beautiful. It is small so you don’t have too many people around. Had a good time kayaking. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. HotSprings attractions are nearly. James was very responsive to all the questions. Overall a great place for family!! Would love to go there again sometime.

Super Relaxing Stay

James was so wonderful to work with. Everything went very smooth. We were in need of a quiet place for relaxation, reflection and prayer. We loved the deck overlooking the lake. The coziness of house really gave us a homey feel. I would highly recommend this place and James for a great time away from regular life.

Great spring break with the family

Beautiful location, lots of toys, comfortable beds. We were 6 adults and one teen, and it was perfect. Our dig loved it too. The lake is so nice, like a picture. Owner was so great about communicating with us. Definitely recommend.

Bad weather didn’t matter

Rained and sub freezing temps the entire stay so we didn’t have opportunity to utilize lakefront water opportunities BUT it was still so peaceful and pleasant anyway!
