Come home to happy when you arrive at this professionally decorated cottage. This two bedroom one bath jewel box is charming and well appointed in a great location with covered off street parking . The living area offers comfortable seating for tv viewing or conversation. In addition there is a comfy reading nook, perfect for curling up with a book. The kitchen has all new appliances and is equipped with everything you need for cooking up your favorite creations. Relax with friends in the tree covered backyard while dining alfresco on the patio. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed made with 100% cotton sheets and lots of fluffy pillows as well as a desk. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. Extra sheets and plenty of towels are provided.
The laundry facilities are located in a hall closet housing a new stacking washer/dryer. The location of this adorable cottage is close to all medical centers and 3-5 minutes drive to Target, Starbucks and HEB grocery store. Main attractions such as Cameron Park Zoo 3.3 miles, Cameron Park on the Brazos River 2.6 miles , Magnolia's Silos 4 miles, Mayborn Museum - 6 miles, Hawaiian Falls Water Park - 4.6 miles, Baylor University -4.8 miles and Lake Waco 8.6 miles plus many more museums and attractions within a 10 mile radius.
