Cozy Private Getaway near Silos & Downtown

Guests say, "this spot is perfect" and "great location for Silos, Baylor and anything in Waco!" This is a 2 bedroom above garage unit. Very close to downtown, Baylor, Magnolia & Cameron park. It's also just steps away from the Cameron Park Zoo. One bedroom has a King bed. The second room is just big enough for a bunk bed that the kids will love. (Note: top bunk has a weight limit of 160lbs. If necessary, an inflatable mattress is located in the living room). Max sleeping capacity is 4. After entering through a private gate, you'll have access to your own entrance & private fenced off yard. Open the pink door and go 16 steps up to an open concept living/kitchen/dining, creatively designed for fun, convenience and relaxation. You'll be able to enjoy the books and games, watch some TV, play some music on the bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, or just relax and enjoy some quiet time. The kitchen is stocked with dishes/pans and basic spices. There is a dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice, cooktop and convection microwave. When you're ready for sleep, just a few steps down the hall is your bedroom with a king bed and separate bathroom with tub/shower combo. An additional room houses a bunk bed with twin mattresses and a small desk. Want to enjoy the outside? You have your own fenced off yard with a patio, seating for 4 and a fire pit, complete with giant jenga. Free Wifi. Washer/dryer in unit and is free. Long-term tenants stay in the main house but do not have access to your area. Electric car charging available on request. STR license STR000733-08-2023

What a quaint, cozy little place! My sisters and I stayed the weekend and had a great time! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or having a nice meal. Beds were nice and comfy. Very clean and we found the location was perfect. Toni and Keith were great hosts, answering our questions and messages very promptly.We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Mother/Daughter getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The entire place was decorated cute and everything was clean. We even had the chance to relax in the outdoor patio area, enjoying some much needed sunshine! The rental was also close to downtown Waco.

Wonderful Waco Trip

This place is everything that was advertised and more. The decor is so cute, and the attention to detail goes above and beyond. The hosts were very responsive, and accommodating even going so far to install a baby gate above the stairs since I have a young child. I would definitely stay again!

Best place to stay in Waco

This property is comprehensive in meeting all needs. Beautifully decorated, conveniently located, great communication with hosts if needed. Ive stayed at many properties (hotel, other rentals) in Waco over the past 11 years since I moved from here and this is the best experience Ive had!

Waco visit

The property was perfect for a girls weekend. The hosts were very communicative and even left us umbrellas for the rain. The place was spotless and very well maintained. Location was 5 minutes from everything. We enjoyed Magnolia, Cameron Park and the River Walk - all within 5 minutes.

Gold standard of what a VRBO should be. Attention to detail was awesome. I am a coffee drinker, so I was pleased to see the variety. The only thing I might suggest is mentioning the stairs. I might have missed it, but it was a surprise to see them as we entered the property.

Wonderful cozy spot in Waco!

My family was blown away by all the details of this beautiful home. From super comfortable beds to all the amenities you can think of, it’s obvious a lot of thought and care has gone into truly making this feel like a home away from home. It’s so close to everything we wanted to experience in Waco and we ended our evening with take out, watching a movie, and playing games in the spacious kitchen and living room. It was SUPER clean, we loved the style/decor, and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you for the hospitality, Keith and Toni!

This place was amazing! It was more than we expected. I can’t find the words. All you need is your clothes, toothbrush/paste, and any food items you want to cook. EVERYTHING else is there for you and even some extra things you didn’t think you needed. Close to Magnolia Silos. Riverwalk, zoo, restaurants. It was a perfectly quiet place. This is definitely a place I would do a girls weekend! We will be coming back and hopefully with a couple more friends.
