Throughout your stay, I responded promptly to every concern you raised and offered solutions each time. When you mentioned needing additional blankets, I offered to personally bring some to the property. When you mentioned she wanted sugar, I offered to have some delivered. When cleanliness concerns were raised, I offered to address them as well. Unfortunately, each of these offers was declined, which limited my ability to resolve the issues during your stay. My goal is always to make guests comfortable, and I would have gladly taken further steps had the offers been accepted. I appreciate your acknowledgment that the home was accurately represented, comfortable, and that the major amenities functioned properly. We take all guest feedback seriously and continuously work to improve the guest experience.
