Columbus Villa 108 is located on 6th Street and is directly on the boardwalk oceanfront. This 3 Bedroom plus den, 2 bath apartment sits directly on the boardwalk facing the ocean. Has a kitchen, large TV with cable in the living room, and new TV's in every bedroom, a kitchen, 4 A/C units, and a large oceanfront deck. There is one king, two queens, and a daybed in the den. Just walk out of your bedroom onto a large common balcony only shared by one other unit. New paint, mattresses and bedding for 2023 and new expanded kitchen for 2024. Parking for 2 cars. Sleeps 7. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. CONTROL #0085986 New Kitchen for 2024! This property rents for flex weeks which means any 3 days in a row. New kitchen photos coming next week.

The cost was ridicules for that dump. The internet photos were fake, the added fees were unheard-of with VRBO. I've used VRBO numerous times in the 20 years but never again.

We miss the extra bathroom, especially the toilet but maybe you can add a toilet/sink to the hallway/front bedroom closet???

Convenient location, but would not stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very convenient location to stay, however, I am not sure that it was worth the trouble. For starters, we paid the full amount during booking instead of paying the second half another time. When we received the credit card receipt, it had our card information with someone else’s name on it. We had to ask three times to have this revised. On the day of check in, we received a call that we had not signed the rental agreement and would not be able to check in. The rental agreement was signed weeks prior, we had to forward our signed copy to them. We had a late check in and picked up our keys from the lock box. Upon arrival at the unit, the keys did not work. We called the emergency number, and were told someone would be in touch shortly. Kim called, and when asked for an estimated time someone would be arriving to help, we got the response “I can’t give you a time frame, it’s a Friday night in Ocean City.” We are not from the area, nor did we know where she would be driving from. Needless to say, we were given the wrong keys in our check in packet. We were able to get into the unit a little after 1 AM, after waiting about 2 hours. Overall, the unit was clean, minus one cockroach found in one of the bathrooms. If it wasn’t for all of the other issues we most likely would have stayed at this unit again.
