We had a lovely stay! Everything was just what we needed. The home was clean, tidy and comfortable. The host was kind enough to hang a birthday banner ahead of our arrival. One item of note is that the water is very hot, which was fine for us, as we like hot water, but be careful if you have small children. Also know that the downstairs smaller bedroom is only accessible through the larger bedroom and there is no door between them. Not a problem for us but good to know ahead of time. We loved the foosball table. Maybe add some decaf herbal teas in the wintertime. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home to host our extended family to move our daughter in to Whitworth. Thoughtful touches like cotton swabs, coffee and tea, books, games, and beautiful decor. The kitchen had what we needed to make a full dinner. The home was a VERY quick and easy walk to the university. Note: stairs down to the queen room with adjoining twin beds are too steep for aging parents and the upstairs twin coil spring beds are pretty uncomfortable. (Consider changing to memory foam instead?) I heard positive reviews about all other beds. Also, would love to have a new guest book to write in.Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Basketball weekend

Our stay was great. We got to see the Pirates play two games. The location of this house to Whitworth is just perfect. We have access to so much and not a long commute to anything.

Perfect Getaway

We loved how clean and bright the home was. The decor was top notch magazine worthy. Beds were very comfortable with high quality sheets. Everyone had enough space to relax and unwind. All our needs were taken care of. We appreciated the extra details with delicious loose leaf teas, plush towels, and cute dishes. We would love coming here again.

Everything was great. The kitchen has everything we needed and it was convenient being close to shopping. The kids enjoyed the yard and the parents loved that it was fenced. The only thing we felt it was missing was a way to lock the door on the stars to keep babies/toddlers from wanting to go down. The stairs are scary for a young one. Even having a baby gate available would have been nice. Other than that, everything was great!

I really wish I could give 6 stars, that’s how truly wonderful this stay was.First of all, communicating with the owner was fast and friendly. She messaged a few times throughout our stay to see how we were doing and asked if we needed anything. I knew I could quickly get a hold of her if we needed anything.Second, the house was truly darling! It was so clean and cute and comfortable. Really felt like a home away from home. We had all the amenities we needed and felt like everything in the house was quality.Third, the check-in and check out process was so quick and easy. Very convenient when we arrived, and super quick and easy when we left early in the morning.This house was so close to Whitworth, making it the perfect VBRO for visiting families.Loved staying in this house and would definitely recommend it to anyone. 10/10- would stay here again!

Beautiful Home, Comfy Beds, Great Location, and Excellent Hosts!

We just had a wonderful weekend away at Stay Awhile! The home was beautifully appointed with everything you might need for your stay! The kitchen had nice pots and pans, every utensil you might need, and nice touches like local coffee, farm fresh eggs, and a lovely selection of teas.We are not kidding when we say the beds were COMFORTABLE!! Everyone slept well, and I forgot to look at what kinds of pillows they provided. I wanted to go home and get some for my bed they were that good. The LOCATION was excellent! A nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, grocery stores, and Whitworth University. We loved playing some of the house games on the back porch in the sun as well as a shady spot with chairs in the front. We highly recommend this home and would readily book it again for any future Spokane stays!

Wedding weekend stay

Family flew in to celebrate a wedding. The house was sufficient. I was looking for a true 4 bedroom and didn't read the small print. The 4th bedroom is off the 3rd bedroom and is the size of a walk-in closet. There is no closet and no door. I ended up sleeping on a couch. That said it would be nice if VRBO would allow indication the owner to indicate what level the bedrooms are On and this oddity. Owner was very responsive and price was good.
