29th Floor Penthouse Studio with kitchenette, deep jetted bath, separate shower. Clean, secure, quiet. Had access to private pools at Signature Towers, plus MGM Grand pools including Lazy River. Host had excellent communication. Would book again!

Paris, a penthouse floor with a jetted bath and access to multiple pools is a hard combination to beat, and it is great to hear the quiet and security held up throughout. Hope the Lazy River made at least one appearance on the itinerary.

Everything about this property is spot on. Easy checkin, free valet parking (tips not included) clean room with plenty of towels and nice sheets, and a beautiful view from one of the upper floors. The only detractor was the worn out saggy mattress which affected our ability to sleep well. Fix that and this place is a winner

Super Clean and Private

Everything was super nice. Bigger shower than most hotel rooms. Great views of top golf and surrounding areas. Bed was super comfy. Overall, would 1000% stay here again

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, quiet, helpful communication and advice. My husband and I stayed for the weekend. Able to walk the strip and make it to the Sphere easily for a show. Thank you!!

Perfect for a Vegas stay

The suite was clean and comfortable. The tinted windows didn’t let in much sunlight so it always felt like 5pm. But other than that I had a wonderful stay

My 13 year old son and I come out to Las Vegas every summer for the NBA Summer League. We booked this property due to location and having a small kitchenette. Everything within the unit and on the property was great. Room was clean and comfortable, pools were great, fitness center was very functional, and staff were welcoming. Would recommend.

Room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Check in process was a breeze and the complementary valet parking was an awesome perk! Host was very responsive and checked in multiple times. Property is far enough off the strip where it was not too noisy but within reasonable walking distance or super short uber or taxi ride. My only knock on this space was that the bed is not great and could definitely use replacement.

Great value and location

We enjoyed our stay at the spacious suite at the MGM Signature Tower. The bed was comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive. A minor issue with the TV that my husband was able to resolve by rebooting the cable box. Also, outlets in bathroom did not seem to be working. Would stay here again.

Nice views a few blocks from the strip

A lovely studio apartment with a Jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean and in working order. Building offers a nice exercise room as well as outdoor pool and jacuzzi at no additional charge. Staff was cheerful and helpful, including the valet, also at no additional charge. Host was available, thoughtful and helpful.

Nice & quiet

Perfect for me since I don’t gamble and don’t need a casino in my hotel. The place was quiet, clean, and host was responsive and easy to communicate with. MGM casino & restaurants are a quick indoor walk away. The direct Monorail access was a bonus since I had to travel to and from the Convention Center for an event. Saved on Uber rides! Definitely recommend.

This is a great unit in a great building with exceptionally responsive hosts. The only issue we had were somewhat noisy late night pipes in the wall between our unit and the one next door. We never could figure out the source and slept though it.

We do not recommend the host, Nate. Communication was arduous at best. Several issues were discovered at check-in with the room. The toilet was not operational, and the sheets and blankets were soiled. In addition, we booked for 6 nights and arranged for a complimentary cleaning before arrival. The cleaning did not take place as scheduled. We were without toiletries for two nights. We were forced to purchase supplies because the host stated that "hospitality had not put {us} on the list." This was a major inconvenience since we were in Las Vegas for a business convention. Our questions/ inquires for host assistance were met with canned AI responses. The host repeatedly sent requests for a 5-star rating in exchange for promised services. The property was great. However, we would not rent from this property owner/host again.
