Perico Preserve and Robinson Preserve surround the neighborhood and offer serene nature with marshlands, a bird sanctuary & trails for hiking & biking. Covered with mature trees and beautiful landscaping, you will enjoy entering and exiting the neighborhood to your vacation home. A privacy wall with gated front entrance offers extra privacy and comfort. Vaulted ceilings and natural light offer an open and welcoming feeling. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the essential amenities for cooking at home. Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. The two car garage comes equipped with all of your beach going essentials such as wagon, chairs, cooler, etc. Neighborhood pool, pickle ball court and fitness center are all at your disposal.

We live full time just outside of Lexington, Ky on our family farm with our three beautiful kids, four dogs and pet pig Rudy! We feel very fortunate to have our Florida home and love to share it with others and hear about the fun experiences they have while visiting!

Why they chose this property

We first visited our Perico Island neighborhood when our parents purchased a condominium there and immediately fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to be a part of the community. We felt that this location is the perfect mix of nature and convenience.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you turn onto Manatee Avenue and enter the Palma Sola Causeway with the water from the bay on both sides of the road, you feel like you are on vacation. Then you turn into the Perico Island neighborhood with the beautiful landscaping, mature trees, ponds and birds everywhere, it is so calming and relaxing. Winding through the trees to our quiet cul de sac you reach the house and it feels like a spacious oasis. Less than 2 miles to Anna Maria Island, you are able to experience everything AMI has to offer for as long as you like, but then when you want a more peaceful and less crowded atmosphere, escape back to Perico Island.
