This was a beautiful little cabin on a gorgeous lake. Very quiet area, despite being near the road. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a ladies 2 night get away.

A gem of a place for a relaxing and adventurous stop over. Incredible view to the lake from the cottage and from the hot tub. Fun to be able to go kayaking so easily. Kitchen had some handy tools for light cooking and heating.

It was an ok cabin more coffee selection would be better as it was only decaf and bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in but other than that a great experience loved the Lakeview

Lake Doucette cabin

Lovely view from our cabin on the lake. A short drive to Yarmouth and Cap Forchu. Missed having a hot plate to cook on rather than a bbq, but would not deter us from coming again.

Everything was clean. Cottage what we expected. Similar to Glamping!!!Love our view and the “CLEAN” hot tub. Needs a regular drip coffee maker. Wonderful host. TY Wendy

Cabin was very nice but needs some small maintenance. Electrical plug at left of the sink has loose connections. Trim on left of bedroom "barn door" needs nailing. Shower has low water pressure. Only one table spoon in cutlery set and no serving spoons.These are minor issues biut would add to the enjoyment of the stay

Great stay with everything we needed and then some! It was myself, my husband and our 2 year old staying here. The amenities were plentiful- paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub, fire pits with fire wood, grill. Location was great-about 25 min from Yarmouth, just 10 mins to the most beautiful west facing beach for sunset. It was a lovely, peaceful stay. Bonus- all the locals we met were so welcoming and friendly. Also- can’t beat the price!
