Convenient area to navigate, the tube station wasn’t a far walk and it was a generally quiet area! Space was clean and the host was very helpful!

Great stay for London

This property was exactly as described and provided all of the basics. It was a good location with easy access to public transit to the city. Great place to stay if you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep with a small group. Would stay again!

A very complicated way from the Airport. First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus. The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help. A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple. I never would stay there again.

Host was very responsive. She was able to fix most of our issues/questions. The space is clean. The sent lockbox code was not correct. I had to call the host to get the updated one. There is a driveway for people who have a car but it's blocked by trashcans. I don't know if you're supposed to park on the street instead but that is just an observation. The space looks exactly like the pictures. It's narrow and small but has all the necessities. Here are some reasons I docked a star: 1. shower did not drain on day one. host gave us a quick fix but I feel like the cleaner should have caught that one.2. we came while it was rather hot (80-90 degrees). we didn't expect air conditioning but a fan or a way to open the ceiling windows would have been great. it was really really hot. we had to figure out how to open the ceiling windows by ourselves. 3. the walls are incredibly thin. the neighbors have a baby and any sounds we made (opening and closing the doors or the laundry machine door) woke them up. anytime the neighbor unlocked their door sounded like our door was being unlocked. for a house we picked to only sleep at, our sleep wasn't great. 4. they had a grey water drain right next to our back door and it backed up on our last night and splashed all over the shoes and clothes we were trying to dry. This place is about a 45-50 min commute from London center including the walk. We picked it for it's affordability and we basically were only going to be there to sleep.

This property was very dirty when I arrived you sent someone to clean kitchen and bathroom, the dirty walls, skirting boards, paint chips everywhere broken tiles in bathroom, grout in bathroom had gone and in between it was just black this was advised as being able to sleep three people I was travelling alone no where for luggage tiny little unit like a dolls house the fridge was down in a corner under a bench.No tea towels to wipe dishes, bath mat was full of holes I would not recommend this place to anyone one the weather in London was very hot no air conditioning just a fan the sky light could not be covered to stop the heat coming through worst place I have ever stayed in need to clean and re paint the shower was so small you could not turn around in it the hand basin was not practical
