Ground Floor Proximity: As a first-floor unit, you enjoy stepping out onto your covered patio, placing you closest to the shared outdoor amenities. The community pool, hot tub, and beachfront lounging area are just steps from the building. This makes Villa 112 ideal for guests who prioritize short distances to all shared facilities.


The Interior Experience: Inside, the open-concept living space is bathed in natural light, featuring high ceilings and coastal décor. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The full, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for easy meal preparation.


Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8): Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

- Master Bedroom: King Bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk through shower.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, shared bathroom access.

- Lounge Sofa Sleeper. We recommend this option for 2 children.
