The decor was adorable and the home had all the necessities, the even had some drinks and snacks available which was a nice touch. It was a very convenient location for a game day weekend. The home def has some deferred maintenance needed, and it says it sleeps 6 but the two guest bedrooms have full size beds not queens so you really can’t fit two adults in either of those beds.

Cute, Clean, Great communication! Property & neighborhood are older & could be updated a bit. But great proximity to campus!

Graduation weekend

Good space to spread out. Good parking. Nice to have a kitchen and amenities to get ready for events. Quiet area. Unit could use some attention to update the bathroom sinks and call pest control. Fit our needs just fine.
