Located next to the Enterprise building (tallest building in Abilene) and walking distance to Glorias Grill (best burger and chili cheese joint in town). It is also near many fun activities like Abilene Axe throwing and a few night clubs. If you walk straight down Elm and cross S 1st you will land in the famous Everman Park known for its most beloved Dr. Seuss characters. If you are a home body this home provides many comfortable sitting nooks for you to enjoy a book, cuddle up with your phone or laptop or just relax and watch TV in either bedroom or living room. With an ample size back yard it is great for outdoor cooking. It has all basic amenities from washer/ dryer to shampoo and full kitchen basic appliances. It has a fully fenced back yard where you can pull up an RV, boat, or trailer and safely lock up inside the back yard. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a walk downtown.
