A brilliant family holiday was had here at this house. It was central to the shops Walmart and Publix were within an easy 10 min drive. All disney parks were reached within half hour some are closer, and so easy to get to down the 192. The house was clean very well presented, full kitchen utilities including dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker microwave. All found exactly like the advertised pictures on Florida Spirit website.Florida spirit’s detailed instructions on entry including gate number and house entry were perfect. We had to contact them due to a faulty kettle switch and within hours they had arrived with a brand new one, asking if everything else was ok and to contact with any issues. I can appreciate that we were up in the morning and out at the parks early and late home, but even so we did manage a couple of pool days and enjoyed some pool floats and noodles that were in the garage. For younger guests there’s pushchairs/strollers for you to use which was a nice addition, iron/ironing board. Plenty of local shops in the area, including a British pub just outside the gates. Like I said we mainly did Disney and the house was perfect as a base. Can recommend this home as a consideration if planning your holidays
