Great location in lower town, nicely furnished, very pleasant. I would say that it was listed as a two bedroom apartment, but there were no self-contained bedrooms - just one room with a curtain instead of a door and the other bed in the mezzanine study. We were all good friends so it didn't matter, but I think it should be made clearer. Nonetheless I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Wonderful property, in the heart of the art district near all the shops, we were able to walk to everything. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the AC has a remote; just be aware of that when you get there! We didn't notice until the second day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had no hot water (among other issues) the first two days and were ignored by the property managers. The unit was good, the management would keep me from renting this or any others they manage.

Lovely Spot in Old Quebec City

This apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance from all the important tourist areas. The high ceilings and loft area are very nice. Be aware that you do have to carry you luggage up 5 flights of stairs, there's no elevator. Also, you have to pay for parking in a lot or on the street. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Very nice, small

Contemporary and clean. Small bedrooms without bedside tables, which is awkward. We had some issues with the heat which were not resolved.

We were grateful that we were granted a special courtesy by the management upon our request - thank you for that! We liked the inside of the apartment and it was clean and comfortable - the queen sized bed was comfortable --lights not working in several places, the heating/cooling not working - we had to come back to meet someone about the issue, this should have been taken care of by the owner, not us on our vacation - still not working afterwards (initially the apartment was 80 degrees and once "fixed" it stayed at 68 degrees) - liked that there were laundry facilities, yet the dryer was tricky as the handle is broken The worst part was arriving to find that we were four flights of stairs up - NO ELEVATOR - I reviewed our booking several times and did not note this until just now...it's possible that I missed this, yet I read this over and over - as someone who is mobillity impaired, this impacted our vacation and it was hard, very hard - we would never have stayed here if this was noted properly This place felt dingy, dirty on the inside, garbage at the front door was not a good first impression Though others noted more positive experiences, we would not stay hear again

Great location and space but needs maintenance

The loft is in a perfect location in old Quebec and a number of reasonable options for parking. The loft is really nice and the view and ambiance is fantastic. The rooftop patio is greatUnfortunately this unit is a bit tired and needs some maintenance. —the air conditioner rattled most of the time and leaked water. It was really annoying as we could not sleep because of the noise and when we turned it off, it got really hot. -One the floor fans does not work and the other one is not strong enough. Because it is a 2 story loft you need the air movement. The back bedroom was uncomfortably hot even with the fan blowing in the room-the clothes dryer does not work-One of the floor lamps in the living area worked, the others did not. It is a main source of light. -numerous pot lights in the main floor bath and kitchen do not work and flicker-only one side of the toaster worksThe unit also needs a deep clean. The fan in the upstairs bathroom was covered in dust. Keeping a supply of a few garbage bags in the unit is suggested. We didn’t have any in the unit and we had to purchase some. It’s annoying. When I reached out to the property manager on a number of these items, no response was received. I didn’t want them to think it was us that caused the issues in the unit. My recommendation is that before you book this unit, you confirm that the unit and its appliances are in 100% working order to ensure you have the best possible stay and you get value for what you pay for.

The space was nice. Four flights up so luggage movement is a bit of a challenge. We could not move the thermostats above 62 degrees. Took two days of a four day stay to get it rectified. The host was not overly attentive nor knowledgeable enough to get the problem solved. Pretty uncomfortable for those two days!
