We absolutely loved the apartment and location! We stayed here for Christmas and everything was in walking distance. Restaurants, grocery, liquor close by and easy 10 min walk to Old Quebec and Xmas markets! The view was amazing! The only drawback was that most of the gym equipment was broken, but that's ok. There is a great gym a couple of blocks away for 20/day pass. We loved it so much, we are going back in a couple of weeks. We wanted to stay in the same apt, but it was booked; we were lucky to find another unit in the same building for Winter Carnival!

Lovely Quebec City stay

Just a short walk from Old Town, and around the corner from a fantastic neighborhood street of shops and restaurants. We were here for Christmas and had a wonderful time—easy to walk to city attraction, but also a nice place for an evening in.

The only reason I didn’t give this condo all 5 ratings is because of the TV. It is not a smart TV. I had to buy a Roku so I could have movies during my 30 day stay. Great location, 4 blocks to Old Quebec wall, a block to grocery store, liquor store, lots of restaurants. It was easy to check in and out. Comfortable beds. Every kitchen appliance.

Location was nice . The toilet wouldn’t flush so we had poop in it our toilet the entire time because they wouldn’t fix it. There was a plunger wrapped in a trash bag when we arrived so I suspect they knew it wasn’t working but let us live with the crappy situation. The place was also dirty and furniture is really worn. They are charging 5 star prices for a 2 star room.

Very modern so definitely not suitable with young children but very nice layout. Loved the outdoor space, but the dining table was too large for space. Kitchen needed a kitchen towel. Appreciated giving w&d to wash towels. Be nice to have had handsoap in bathrooms and more toiletries. Would recommend to others!!

Nice Building

Great Assistance from front desk. We had an issue with a broken washing machine. We suggested they allow us to use a machine in a different unoccupied unit and they helped us do so. Beds were decent. Good showers. All things I usually complain about but were OK here. There are too many kitchen chairs too comfortably fit all of them at the table and have room to walk around. That's about the only complaint if I have one.

when we arrived the concierge was warm and spoke English, as most of us needed that. The weekend concierge was not available as much and we were given only one Fav for the front door entrance on weekends. Would have been even more efficient for us if our door keys got us through the front door. We noticed that walking around the beautiful flat, that all of the surfaces of our feet, barefoot or with socks got a layer of black dirt that then came out onto the floor of the shower. It was shocking and very dirty. Also the throw rugs need treating and serious washing!!!!Around the rugs, the floors, behind curtains, in closests it also needed cleaning.

This was a great location, the staff was available to help with anything you asked, helpful with figuring things out around the city. Staff were not very responsive on the app though. certain items were not stocked unless you asked, then they came with plenty. It was clear that the unit has been well used and some things were in need of repair and was dimly lit for the hours when sun wasn’t shining. I was so pleased with the deck and the view, it is a quiet building, the kitchen had everything we needed.
