Private gated community with pool, spa, private launch ramp, recreation center, pool table, 24/7 security and gorgeous water views! Golf cart included with rental. Resort requires sublease contract and $50 fee for boat access. May be available for monthly reservations as well in the winter. Message host for monthly reservation information. Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Lake Havasu City. This lovely property boasts 2 bedrooms, including ceiling fans, a king bed and a queen bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities.
