About this property

Tiny House RV Broken Bow Getaway

Welcome to Timberwolf Mini Loft, a stationary tiny home at Bigfoot Adventure Luxury RV Resort in Broken Bow, OK. This retreat combines tiny-home charm with high-tech RV features. Enjoy resort amenities, including bathrooms, showers, a laundry room, and a dog park, all while being a short drive from Beavers Bend State Park. Whether you’re relaxing or exploring, Timberwolf offers a unique and comfortable stay

This trailer is located at campsite 36 at Bigfoot Adventure Luxury RV Resort. You may park your vehicle to the left of the trailer. Please do not block any roads. There is a dumpster, dogpark, fishing pond, office and general store, laundry and nice showers on site. The trailer of course has its own laundry and shower but if you need extra, it's available.

Introduced in 2024 to the Forest River destination trailer lineup as a mini loft travel trailer, the Timberwolf 16ML quickly made a big impression with its hybrid design and visual curb appeal. Far shorter than most destination trailers and featuring a unique loft and patio, the 16ML combines the interior height and spaciousness of a destination trailer with some of the size and towability benefits of a traditional travel trailer. At less than 30 feet, it foreseeably fits into most standard-sized campsites, though height clearance may be an issue. Its main attractions include dual lofts, a covered patio, and an impressive array of appliances included with the limited package, such as a dishwasher and a combination washer/dryer. As 2024 was the first model year of the 16ML, it underwent a few changes and updates in the first year, so buyers may see first and second-generation iterations with moderate differences.

RV News awarded the 16ML the 2024 Hybrid Destination Trailer of the Year, and, given its novelty, it has received wide publicity across the industry. But does this unique travel trailer and destination trailer combo pay off in the end? Let’s explore what to expect from the 2024 Forest River Timberwolf 16ML.

Over all great stay

My partner and I had and amazing stay, everything was amazing from the comfy stay to the communication with the owners in regards to any questions or concerns we had. This trip was more outdoorsy and camp like trip with a modern twist. I would recommend staying here if you want to experience Oklahoma differently.

Honest review

Tiny house was on the tiny side for sure. We thought our girls would share one loft and my husband and i would share the other. Loft over the front is a twin size and will not accommodate 2 people. Thankful there was a pull out couch, but grossed out by floor under couch when we pulled it out. Looks like that has never been cleaned. Toilet did not work and had to use campground facilities... told this was on going issue. Shower was short, but water pressure was great. Temperature fluctuations of shower was crazy. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen was good... just needed our groceries. Quiet camp.

Nice:)

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was easy to find and convenient to visit the lake. We wanted to try out a trailer because we hope to travel in one eventually. We really enjoyed ourselves:) We felt like big kids. Everything was supplied that we needed. The ladders to either bed are rather steep, but we are pretty fit for our ages so we did just fine:) Only small complaint is that it was off the main road into town and I could hear the traffic occasionally at night. Didn’t bother my husband at all. I’m a light sleeper. That being said, it was a good area to sit on the back patio and drink my coffee in the morning:) There were so many different kinds of birds. We learned it is not really the type of trailer to move around a lot. Better to set up and leave in place like this one. We were impressed how comfortable it was. Glad we gave it a try:)
