RULES

1. Off-limits Areas:
Please refrain from accessing the supply closet + unfinished basement.

2. Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Airbnb property- indoors and outdoors.

3. Parties and Gatherings:
Social gatherings NO larger than 12 people are permitted, but please avoid loud or disruptive music. We have owner-occupied neighbors. NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED.
4. Noise:
Neighborhood quiet hours run from 9:00PM through 8:30AM. No loud noises during this time.

5. Trash:
Garbage can can be found at the back of the home. Garbage day is at 4 am every Tuesday; please take It out Monday night.

6. Digital Key:
For security, please refain from sharing your code. Lock the door securely. If you have issues with the digital key, contact us on Airbnb for help.

7. Parking:
Guests should park only in the driveway.

8. Pets:
If guests wish to bring a dog, they must obtain prior approval and adhere to any specified pet policies, including additional cleaning fees.

9. Damages:
Guests are liable for any property damage or broken Items and will be charged for repair or replacement.

10. Fire Safety:
Guests should familiarize themselves with the location of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and any other fire safety equipment provided. Open flames, such as candles, are NOT permitted.
