A cosy and characterful apartment in an elegant period building, located in a leafy Conservation Area just a minutes walk to Hyde Park, Notting Hill Gate station and the famous Portobello Road. The home is tastefully decorated and features bespoke furniture and unique artwork. A well appointed kitchen including a wine fridge and dishwasher has plenty of space for guests to prepare a favourite meal. The living room has a striking parquet floor and looks out onto a small private patio. The luxurious shower has body jets for a spa feeling. Underfloor heating throughout keeps the space warm and cosy.

This flat was amazing. The interior was carefully designed and curated. The finishes were definitely a cut above normal. It was comfortable and quiet. The shower was to die for! Kitchen well equipped and very easy access. Would definitely stay again

Incredible Kensington Gardens location

This was a great location for 8 days in London. Spacious and well-appointed. We were able to cook, do laundry and relax after busy days. Close to the underground and a very walkable neighborhood. The host was very responsive to inquiries before and during our stay. Obvious pride of ownership.

Six week stay in Notting Hill

What a great flat in a great location. The place is big for a one bedroom in London and has everything you need. The location is perfect and walking distance to many great attractions plus easy access to the tube and bus system.The host was a great communicator and very accommodating.

Lovely flat for a stay in London

We were in London for four days. Loved the location and the flat was great. Clean, comfortable and a very well equipped kitchen. Aaron was a great host - very responsive to emails and provided helpful recommendations. Will definitely stay again next time we are in London.

Lovely haven in Notting Hill

The location is great - so near the underground and bus stations. Supermarkets are close by also. The flat itself was very clean with most amenities one would need for a short stay. Construction was going on in the building next door some mornings when I was there, but I just used ear plugs. Overall, it was nice returning to this haven from the hustle of being out and about in London.

Week’s stay

We wanted a comfortable landing pad for a week of exploring London. Liked that this place was right on top of a well contested tube station with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants in easy walk. About 20 minute walk from Kensington High street, that opened up another whole adventure.

Perfect in every way

Tastefully decorated London Flat

The host, Aaron was helpful and quickly responded to all our inquiries before we left and once we arrived. The flat is newly renovated with a kitchen well equipped for cooking. We prepared all but one meal at the flat. It has a convection stovetop that I enjoyed trying out. Very efficient. It was convenient to all sorts of shopping as well as the Notting Hill Gate underground station and bus stops. It is a semi basement apartment but the high ceiling in the bedroom and glass doors in the front room leading to the inside patio provided sufficient natural light. It stayed cool during a heat snap In conclusion, it was was a well appointed, artistically decorated modern space that made us feel right at home.

Wonderful apartment and location

Really beautiful apartment, perfect for 2 people. It’s beautifully (and fully) furnished and is a lower ground floor with a private courtyard. The location is top tier - really close to Notting Hill gate station which gives easy access to other areas through District, Circle annd Central lines, and a very easy walk to Portobello Road and other Notting Hill highlights.

We loved this apartment in Notting Hill. Located in a quiet street but so close to the underground and bus. There are plenty of restaurants & cafes (the best coffee) close by. A hidden gem!

Anniversary Trip

Excellent, beautiful, and well-appointed flat. The location was perfect - much quieter than central London, but very accessible to the Underground and bus network. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. The interior of the flat was well-designed and maintained. The common area/entry showed some wear, but again, the interior was marvelous. Would definitely recommend for couples. Larger families or parties of more than 2 may struggle. Host was very responsive. Would definitely return!
