Ed checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The place was cozy and quiet. It is within walking distance to many attractions and the train stations.

Nice flat. Just as described. Close to the tube station, coffee shops and restaurants. Welcome champagne and fresh sunflowers were such a nice touch. Close to all the tourist stuff but in a quieter neighborhood when you want to get away from craziness. I would stay there again.

A wonderful stay in the heart of London, very close to a tube station. Check-in was perfect and we were able to arrive early, Tom was very accommodating. The welcome champagne and fresh flowers were a nice touch. Wi-Fi was great, tv access easy, washer and drying racks perfect. I highly recommend this location if you want to stay in the heart of the city.

First trip London

This flat had everything we needed, especially the washer/dryer. The neighborhood is quiet, able to keep windows open through the entire stay since it was a bit warm in London. Tube station is very close, which makes up for not having attractions and a lot of restaurants nearby. Host was quite responsive and communicated when appropriate.

Very spacious and well located apartment

We loved our stay here! We had everything that we needed, including lots of little touches that made our stay more comfortable. Plus the location near Pimlico station made our sightseeing very easy.

Westminster Wonderful

This flat is well located where Westminster and Pimlico come together and yet is in a quiet neighborhood that helps you feel more like a resident. With shops and restaurants an easy walk, the nearest Tube station is a minute away. A beautiful and well appointed flat and a communicative and responsive host make this ideal.

Great little spot in London

This is a quiet and charming apartment with walking distance to many historical sites. I loved waking up in the morning and being able to grab a quick morning coffee at the local shop then head out for the day. At night we welcomed the privacy and quiet neighborhood. The flat is charming with a variety of art which makes it unique and I appreciated the fresh flowers. Great host

Great for the holidays

This was the perfect apartment to stay in between Christmas and New Year. Close to everything, but just out of the crazy crowds. The apartment was perfect and Ed was great with communication and recommendations.

Fantastic Christmas Stay.

Stayed for a Christmas vacation / belayed 10 year anniversary and loved everything of the rental. It’s centrally located to all of the standard London tourist attractions, in a quite and safe location, easy access to the tube, plus there are plenty of local pubs that we didn’t have a problem finding a table at. Ed and his sister were the best to work with when checking in and made sure our stay was the best we could have. Definitely the best host experience we’ve ever had!!

Great stay in central location!

We loved this flat in Pimlico! We came for 5 days and were able to see so much of the city. The check-in process was so easy, and Caraline was very helpful. The flat is a very short walk to Pimlico station. There were plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Plus, it was great to come back to the flat after a long day and relax! Highly recommend staying here.

So convenient!

A few blocks walk to buses to almost anywhere in London. Bakery/coffee shop 1block away, mini grocery nearby. Flat is clean and comfortable. King sized bed!

Great flat and location!

My husband and I enjoyed 4 days in London staying in this flat. Ed was extremely communicative and personally showed us around the flat. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is within walking distance to the tourist attractions in Westminster. Also very accessible to taxis and the tube. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Flat!

This flat is the perfect location with all the amenities you need. You can get to the tube station in 3 mins walk and go anywhere in London you would want to go. The property was clean and Ed was available and close by for whatever questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment not that central

Apartment fairly sparsely decorated, insufficient towels. Elevator was broken, had to carry luggage up 2 flights. Not many resturants nearby. Host needs to leave a more detailed information brochure on appliance operations, etc. Clothes dryer would not get hot.

Just wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. Ed was quick to answer any questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. His sister met us on arrival and explained everything about the flat to us. The building was clean, safe, and in an excellent location, convenient to transportation, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and charming. The flat had everything we needed. We used the bedroom and the pullout sofa bed, which was also very comfortable. One bonus for us was Pret a Manger, the sit in/take away coffee shop 2 minutes walk away. I went there every morning to pick up fresh croissants and pastries for our breakfast. Yum! We thoroughly enjoyed our syat and would gladly come back again.

Perfect location for seeing London!

Ed’s condo in Westminster was the perfect size and spot for my husband and I during our 7 day trip to London. We appreciated that Ed allowed us to have an earlier check in and accommodated a bit later check out. The location is a 7 min walk to the Pimlico station, close to many local restaurants and easy walk to local grocery store. Also easy walk to many top attractions including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square. The condo is exactly as described and spacious with everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Ed’s condo again!

Awesome experience

We loved this gorgeous home that hosted us for my family’s first trip to London! Our host is so helpful and extremely responsive and kind. The location CANNOT be more ideal. 2 mins to Pre A Manger for a coffee breakfast, Costcutter for grocery, 5 mins to the tube and walking distance to Buckingham, Westminster…you name it. The apartment has all you need to make you feel truly home while thousands of miles away from our own home. We would love to come Back for our next London trip!

Great host and great location

We recently stayed at Peel House and had a very positive experience. The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations in many ways. (Mind you, the price was quite steep.) The flat was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds comfortable and linen of the high quality (no flimsy, overused towels here). The location was good too with an easy access to metro. A few attractions are within a walking distance. There's a grocery store only a few min walk away. Ed an Caraline were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They anticipated our needs ensuring they were met. The building itself was clean and quiet. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well located and nice place to stay for a few days while visiting London.
