An updated kitchen with recessed lighting, granite counters, and a breakfast bar await you for any at home cooking. This floor plan allows for easy entertaining with the kitchen looking into the dining and living room. The dining room offers seating for four and flows into the living room that is complete with comfortable seating for the entire family and a mounted 50 inch flat screen. Spread out into the extended living area lanai that engulfs you in natural lighting and nature from the comfort of a couch.
