Experience the allure of our coveted mid-town locale, offering breathtaking vistas of bay sunsets and invigorating glimpses of the morning ocean sunrise. This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features a plush queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable queen sofa bed in the family room, ensuring a cozy retreat for guests. Nestled on the fourth floor, this unit promises exclusive serenity, though please note, there is no elevator, providing a daily opportunity for a light-hearted leg workout – after all, every day at the beach is leg day!

Step onto the expansive balcony, a haven for alfresco dining or simply basking in the caress of the sweet ocean breeze. Just a leisurely block away lies the pristine shoreline, beckoning you for sun-soaked adventures, while a plethora of renowned restaurants, vibrant bars, and the thrilling Jolly Roger's Water Park await exploration, ensuring your stay is filled with endless delights and cherished memories.

Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We are located on 33rd Street in midtown Ocean City, our favorite part of town. This area boasts numerous year-round restaurants within walking distance, offering a perfect blend of excitement and tranquility. A crosswalk at the end of our street makes beach access a breeze.

Guests will receive one parking permit for our private lot. Additionally, free public parking is available directly in front of our balcony for those with multiple vehicles.
Our neighborhood is very walkable, and Uber and Lyft services are typically quick to respond if you need to travel further.

Please note that our unit is accessible only by one flight of stairs, and there is no elevator. Therefore, it is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments.

Please adjust the AC/Heat to your liking while you visit. Upon leaving, please set to 78 degrees in the summer and 55 degrees in the winter. Also, the towels provided are for use only inside the unit.

Amazing Stay

Fantastic stay. Great location to the beach and restauarants. If you dont mind going for a walk, the boardwalk starts only about 8 blocks away (about a 4 1/2 mile trip from the condo to the end of the boardwalk and back). Check in was easy, and condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would come back in a heart beat!

Amazing place to stay!!!

Check-in was very simple. She texted all the details. Everything was fully stocked, bed was super comfy, balcony was very secluded, and it was such a convenient location with everything walking distance like restaurants, the beach, and fun activities! I would 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo itself was clean and organized. It’s also in a great location on 33rd st with many food options and a market within walking distance plus the beach across the street. Everything else is less than a 10 minute drive away. The host Shelley is super friendly and accommodating. Our trip itself was fun, our experience with Shelley made it even better.

Wonderful Place

My husband, son and I stayed and thoroughly enjoyed the place. It has a large balcony and if you look to the left and the right you have a view of the bay and the ocean. Easy walk to the beach and the Mini Market. Shelley was wonderful and quick to respond. Would definitely book again.

Great midtown find!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location--a quick walk to the beach, eateries, mini golf and an amusement park. Also a very short drive from the inlet/main boardwalk area if you want a change of pace. The host was also very easy to communicate with and the condo was clean, well-maintained and everything was as advertised. We also appreciated that it was fully stocked with cookware, linens, etc. Would definitely stay here again on another shore trip!

We had the best stay! GREAT location and even better host. She answered very promptly and was very accommodating. Traveling with 2 little ones I was slightly nervous about being on the 4th floor and no elevator but my kids didn’t mind and I felt the steps area was very safe. You could have the option to walk, though we didn’t choose to there was plenty of space to park at the beach just one street down. We would defiantly consider staying here again in future stays! Thanks again for being so kind and sharing your home :)
