We have been proudly hosting traveling nurses and medical professionals for several years across various platforms, and we are now extending our services to VRBO. Our typical tenant stays for a duration ranging from 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extending their stay if their placement permits.
Whether you're a traveling nurse, medical professional, or visiting a friend or family member, our cozy and comfortable studio space offers the perfect retreat during your time in Greenville.
Immerse yourself in the incredible boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants that are just minutes away, or take a stroll along the Swamp Rabbit Trail for a scenic adventure. The space is a guest house apart from our detached garage, offering an ideal retreat for solo travelers or couples seeking close proximity to downtown, the hospital, or the delightful Augusta Road area. A short 5-minute walk will lead you to Augusta Road's fine eating establishments and quaint historic neighborhoods, ensuring endless possibilities for exploring.
Our studio cottage, featuring 1 bed and 1 bath, boasts completely new amenities adorned with the old-world charm of the South. Your washer/dryer setup is conveniently located just steps away in the garage. Relax and indulge in a good book with a cup of coffee or tea in our private, manicured garden illuminated by bistro lights. Please note that the guest house is part of our detached garage, so you may experience some noise or vibrations if we enter or leave with vehicles. However, we typically opt to walk whenever possible and strive to minimize disruptions, especially during the evenings.
