The street address is 3 Crestline Rd and located at the base of Paris Mountain 4 miles from downtown Greenville and 3 miles to Furman University and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Five miles south of Travelers Rest and 45 miles south of Hendersonville NC.
1 bedroom with queen bed and 1/2 bath in loft, full bath on main level. Full kitchen and dinning area with all appliances. Living room with TV. Air mattress for 3rd and 4th accommodations. Easy access off US Hwy 25.

This is a non-smoking property and sorry but pets are not allowed.

Our stay in this charming cottage couldn’t have been more lovely! We came from California to meet our newest grandchild and were able to rest and relax here in between visits. We hope to come back here again!

Property it self was in a very beautiful location. Close to downtown Greenville and just south from Asheville NC. Travelers Rest is around the corner with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. THE perfect getaway from big city living to “recharge the batteries”. Wife and I enjoyed our stay and will plan a return in the spring and fall seasons.

The converted barn had everything you need. Full laundry, bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, excellent bed, bedding and pillows. There’s even occasional wildlife to enjoy. Joe is a fantastic host!

This lovely cottage is a treasure. The owners lived here while they renovated their current house, and it shows. This is clearly built to be a well cared for private home, instead of a hastily flipped rental. Well designed, spotlessly clean, soft water, and it smells amazing. Perfect place for a romantic get away.

We loved our stay at Mrs. Duff's cottage. We were in the area to see the King of Country Music so we weren't able to enjoy Greeneville. We enjoyed Mrs. Duff's cottage so much that we now have an excuse to visit again! Joe was a great host. Easy access to the cottage and beautiful location :)

Why they chose this property

It has all the features we wanted in a residence and more but later we remodeled the house next door and mad this a rental. It has everything that we could pack into it for a one bedroom cottage.
