Beautiful Rowayton Home - Close to Beach and Town
Large family home walkable to town, beach, and 5 mile river. House comfortably fits one or two families with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Come and enjoy Rowayton during the beautiful summertime!
5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The 1st floor is a large open concept layout with a large eat in kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, bar, coffee maker, and window out to the expansive backyard. The kitchen opens to a family room and dining room that has sliding doors that open to the walk out deck. The deck is fully furnished with an outdoor table and seating arrangement as well as a gas grill.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms - two bedrooms share a bathroom and two bedrooms have their own ensuite full bathrooms. The third floor also has another queen bed and a workout studio. There is also a full basement with a place for kids to play.
The house comes with beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and more!
