In winter, enjoy the gorgeous wood burning fireplace in the front living room, as well as the newly outfitted patio equipped with an outdoor living room and fire pit for safe socializing outdoors year round! For warmer months, the house is equipped with dock, kayaks, paddle boards, lots of life jackets, and fun floats galore! Paradise year round!
