This newly renovated 1950s waterfront retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and Lancaster charm. Located just 1 mile from Tanger Outlets, Dutch Wonderland, and Sight & Sound Theatre, itâs close to everything yet feels a world away.
Enjoy your private creekside escape with stunning views of mature woodlands and open farmland. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, or paddle boating on the Mill Stream; unwind in the backyard or enjoy the indoor wood burning fireplace. Take a dip in your private hot tub or savor the shared backyard sauna, available to guests of our neighboring cottage.
Inside, The Hideaway Cottage has been thoughtfully restored with modern comfort and timeless style. The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy velvet chairs, and a cozy sectional overlooking the water. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, coffee makers, and everything you need for home-cooked meals.
The primary suite offers a king bed with luxury linens, robes, and a workspace. A second bedroom includes a bunk bed and trundle for a true summer-camp feel. The vintage-inspired bathroom features the original cast-iron tub and premium amenities.
From morning coffee on the front porch to sâmores by the fire pit under ancient sycamores, every detail invites rest and reconnection. Should you wish to travel with family or friends, the neighboring guest cottage can also be reserved.
