Welcome to Kamm`s Corners! This centrally-located, stylishly decorated, and well-appointed house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars in the charming neighborhood of Kamm`s Corners. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive, the airport is only 10 minutes away, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is just 20 miles away. This is the ideal location for your visit to the Land!
Spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for one unit of a duplex. One bedroom and the full bathroom are located on the second floor and the other bedroom and half bath are located on the first floor. The laundry is located in the basement, which is shared between both units of the duplex. Dive into nostalgic gaming with our N64 game console with 4 controllers!
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street. We look forward to welcoming you to your cozy and convenient Cleveland home!

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
Note: The basement may have a slight `wet` smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. The area is clean, tidy, and mold-free.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
