Host was very responsive and friendly. Location is good for exploring all parts of Provo. Has a small kitchen and close to the IGA grocery store.

comfortable and quiet

had a difficult time finding the place as it was dark and no real good lighting on roads from airport, also my phone with all the info had gone dead. the accommodations were perfect for us as we only needed a convenient and safe neighborhood to stay. Grace was helpful and very accommodating with additional needs. had a relaxing and wonderful time there.

The picture listing was accurate to actual room

We enjoyed the space and the kitchen amenities also the beach sun umbrella and beach chair, which saved us money and showed their thoughtful hospitality. We did however find a couple of cockroaches that we were able to kill, but we had to be sure everything was sealed at all times

Property was convenient and easy to find. The room I stayed in was perfect for a couple or solo traveler, like myself. Within walking distance grocery store and a few restaurants. Grace, my host was exceptional responded quickly and provided me with a lot of information. I appreciate her tips. I appreciated the 30 minute grace period on the checkout

Great communication with the property manager!! Everything as advertised. You may want to park up top by the unit/building and walk down to the unit. (I had to back up a hill on a narrow road). It was my first time driving from the right side of a car as well

Not good

Used and not well taken care of place. Dirty, critters and spiders everywhere. I luckily stayed only 1 night. Unbelievable I paid 200 bucks to stay at this apartment, sleeping in the car would have been better. Not recommended at all!

Deceptive advertising, not the apt I was promised

Totally unacceptable, online pictures totally different than property. No hot water, cooktop didn’t work, couch with no inside support in bottom. Construction signs on windows. Working desk totally useless and dangerous!
