Twin Oaks Cabin out in the country, quiet and relaxing
This is a beautiful cabin on 11 forested acres in the Hill Country.
Located 12 miles away from the city of Kerrville, far enough to be quiet, close enough for shopping and dining
Property was recently refreshed. It is an 1100 sqft house, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen with living area and a nice hardwood burning stove, a beautiful porch to enjoy the breeze or grill a steak.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and closet.
Second bedroom has a bunk bed for the kids, with a pullout bed for a total of three full beds.
Fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric stove, coffee maker, microwave.
Porch has a propane grill
A/C and heat, softened water from own water well, High speed internet, Smart TV with Roku, washer and dryer.
Things to do while on the property: hiking through the forrest, wild life viewing, clean beautiful night sky with no light pollution for the stargazers. Come relax and enjoy home away from home, relax and unwind and be free in the wild.
