This cottage is adorable, clean, comfortable and well located. Love that it's not in the middle of lots of tourists but, conveniently, just down the road. We had a great weekend and can't wait to go back!

Excellent stay!

The cottage was immaculately clean and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We needed an iron and she went so far as to make sure she put one in there before our arrival. Very comfortable and close to many restaurants and attractions.

Sweet River Retreat

This property was well appointed, extremely clean, and perfect for a three-week stay. The hosts were over the top in assuring our stay was everything we wanted it to be...and excellent communicators. The outdoor space was especially enjoyable, the bed was very comfortable, and amenities and decor were topnotch.

The Cottage is very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and had all the accommodations needed. The bed was so restful - best sleep ever! The only concern was the living room furniture has such a low profile to the floor that it’s hard on tall people getting up. We loved the place and would stay there again!

Poor Refund Policy

Could not agree to refund money with adequate notice, no exceptions from property manager, not willing to discuss with owner. Could have easily rebooked on high-demand weekend with adequate notice. Not even comparable to hotel cancellation and refund policy with respect to lead time.
