Studio is on 5 acres land . Beautiful acreage with plenty tress and birds singing early in the morning. Small animals like fox , rabbits, deer are close by

Back patio w/ grill is available for guest to enjoy sitting , grilling , with nice furniture to enjoy the morning • evening experience

No pets allowed unless I’ve interviewed the pets beforehand. No smoking allowed inside the living space
