We have a lovely back deck that is surrounded by trees. It’s the perfect place to do some bird watching. You may even see a deer or bunny at times.

There is a nice community pool that looks out at the lake (open from end of May - September each year), community boat ramp, playground, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, and trails through the gorgeous woods. Located conveniently to Morrow Mountain State Park and Uwharrie National Forest, you can enjoy the outdoors very easily.

Bring your boat with you! You can bring your boat or jet skis inside the community (pay $25 Boat Fee at the Gate). The boat/jet skis must come back to the home each day as there is no dock for guest use. There is plenty of parking at our home! Please let us know if you are bringing a boat or jet ski.

* Spacious Circle Driveway for Cars/Trucks/UTVs/ATVs/Boat (There is a fee to bring a boat into the community, you have to speak with Guard on Duty at the visitor entrance)
* Coffee bar includes a Keurig, Mr. Coffee, and Nespresso machine (original pods only). We provide you with a starter set of K-cups, Nespresso pods, and creamer. We have coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee but you will need to bring coffee grounds. We also have a pour over coffee stand w/filters.
* Popcorn machine + 75” smart TV makes for a great movie night when it rains.
* There are several books, games, and puzzles to enjoy.
* Starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap provided.

* Stunning Hiking Trails located throughout the community. One runs behind the property and is very convenient to access.
* Tennis Courts available for use (bring rackets and balls), this court is also marked out for pickleball.
