The condo was very clean and conveniently located, and overall our stay was fine. However, for the price, we expected the property to be better maintained and equipped. There was only one building key provided, so we had to have additional keys made ourselves since our group was coming and going at different times. Several items needed repair, including broken shades, damaged flooring, and a bathroom towel rod that had been pulled off the wall. The shower curtains had a moldy smell, and the beds and linens felt fairly inexpensive. There were also no dressers, only closets with a limited number of hangers. Overall, it was a clean, well-located place, but we felt the price was high considering the condition and amenities.

Adam’s place was very clean and in a good neighborhood that felt safe. If you have any accessibility issues, be aware that there are a full flight of stairs to the second floor that were not mentioned in the description of the place.Adam’s place was an interesting mix of nice and needing some repairs. There were several places in the hallway and the second bedroom that had big gaps in the laminate flooring. Accommodation is kind of minimalistic. No shampoos, no ice nor any way to make ice.The walls were mostly blank without hangings, except in the dining room. He was responsive to our questions and reached out to make sure everything was OK.

The space was clean, quiet and provided us a good base camp. Good parking with groceries and eateries close by. Communication with the host was good.
