Dirty and disgusting pots and pans - were replaced with new delivery from Amazon after complaint. Only 3 usable chairs (wobbly and not stable) although apartment for 6 persons - new set of 4 metal chairs delivered by Amazon after complaint. Apartment seemed not to be cleaned although cleaning fee was paid.

Great for Price Point

The space is decorated nicely, great value. Very close to a lot of spots we needed access to. I like having two full beds in the one room. Would like to see better pans for cooking. Also, another couch in such a large space would add so much for the comfort as well.

My staff arrived to no paper products of any kind not sure if there is a cleaning company that forgot to restock, but they did have to go out at 8:30 at night. I purchased toilet paper, paper towel, and Kleenex.Adam was made aware of this, and he apologized, just very inconvenient.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that essential paper products were not stocked upon arrival and understand how inconvenient that must have been, especially late in the evening. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will be reviewing our cleaning and restocking procedures to ensure this does not happen again. We’re glad this was communicated during your stay so it could be addressed.

This is a basically furnished apartment in a large complex. It was clean. However, when we arrived, the bathroom sink was broken and when you turned it on, it’s spilled water all over the back and the floor. We informed the owner immediately of this problem on Thursday night when we arrived. On Monday it was still not fixed. I contacted him again and finally someone came to fix it on Wednesday, six days after we arrived. It was the only bathroom, and the only sink. He said on Thursday that he was putting in a maintenance request. I can’t understand why he simply did not call a plumber. Everything else was fine on the rental, but that was very inconvenient and unacceptable. Renters need a working bathroom sink.
