This charming and cozy fully furnished townhome with AC offers 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms newly remodeled in 2022. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable Sleep number King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a nice shower. The second bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed and a large closet. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The good size open kitchen is well-appointed. Plenty of skylights provide natural light inside. Washer and dryer in the unit.
Newly remodeled and furnished (2022), this house is the ideal place to relax after a day at work and enjoy New Mexico's mild weather year-round in the private enclosed backyard.
This house is located in a quiet street in the close vicinity of the hospitals of Las Cruces! The property is in a great location within walking or driving distance to Downtown with its restaurants, bars, stores and weekly farmers markets, as well as the hospitals, grocery stores, and the Mall (Mesilla Valley Mall).
Besides a wonderful weather and cultural richness enchantment, Las Cruces offers many hiking trails. When you want to explore, take advantage of the easy access to I-25 and I-70 to visit El Paso, TX, White Sand NM, Carlsbad caverns NM, Ruidoso etc

Great stay

Host was great at anticipating the needs of the guests while traveling and staying. Walk downtown and neighborhood multiple times during our stay. Townhouse was very nicely furnished and in good condition..

This property was beautiful. The host was wonderful and even left an info packet about the important information. In a college town this is one of those places you hope to find. I would definately recommend!

Great condo in a quiet neighborhood

This place had everything we needed: full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, three TVs. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors friendly. It's very close to the center of Las Cruces. The place was very clean. The air conditioning worked great. One nice touch was a water cooler in kitchen. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again.

Gem in the heart of Las Cruces

Four of us stayed for a month while house hunting. The house was perfect in every way. Our host Virginie took care of our every need, and responded immediately whenever we needed something or had questions. We were within walking distance to the central plaza where we took in the weekly market and events. Virginie and Davis were a great source of knowledge regarding Las Cruces and beyond.We felt like we had friends even though we just arrived. We could not be more pleased

Clean, quiet, and convenient location

The property was a great size for our group of 4 adults and was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, bakeware, etc we needed to cook for ourselves. The AC worked great. There is a mini-split in the living room and the larger bedroom. The ceiling fans are very high powered, and we were not too hot without a mini-split in the second bedroom with the queen bed. The King-size bed is a Sleep Number-type bed, which may not be everyone's style. My parents weren't huge fans of the bed, but they both have degenerative discs in their backs and have had to have medical intervention for them, so they tend to have very specific mattress needs. We have no expectation that any rental will be able to meet those needs and usually bring some sort of mattress topper or air mattress. The Queen mattress was memory foam and very comfortable, and my partner and I slept very well and were not too hot (I run hot at night). The garage and small driveway made bringing 2 vehicles very easy logistically. The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood where many folks were out walking dogs, etc. It is conveniently located close to downtown, an Albertson's, and the route to I25, I70, and NMSU is very direct. Checkout procedure is very reasonable (run the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes and take out the trash). Virginie was a very responsive, friendly, and helpful host. The rental is very reasonably priced and a great value. I would definitely re
