Simple and comfortable, out door grilling or sitting around an out door fire pit surrounded by Nature. The cabin sits 800 feet of the main road giving it a quiet, comfortable and Private location with pond for fishing or swimming, a creek to fish or sneaker creek in, 100 acres to roam. Yet close to things to see and do like: Hidden Valley Animal adventure, Letchworth State Park, Attica Arcade RR tours, Niagara Falls is only an hour away. Down Town Buffalo, HighMark Stadium ( Buffalo Bills) Key Bank Center ( Buffalo Sabres ) are all only 40 min away
recently remolded kitchen with all utensils, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator and an island for gathering around. Bath has a large shower with two sinks and all amenities and towels. utility room has Washer and dryer. Bedrooms have 1 -2 beds in each with all bedding and linens.

clean and cozy... some small issues others have discussed so I wont beat a dead horse, but the small issues didnt taint a lovely stay. Hoping to be back next year, great spot for Borderland Festival!

Beautiful property. Secluded away from the general public. The 4 star is because we had trouble with the hot water. It’s on demand and struggled to keep up. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful getaway

We loved our stay! It was a great landing spot as we traveled to both Lenchworth State Park and Niagara Falls. We loved being able to relax and enjoy some catch & release fishing. Both my kids caught their first fish all by themselves here! Water pressure in the shower was great. I was surprised with how good tasting the sink water was.

Country Getaway

A hidden gem that is spacious inside and out. Enjoyed the stay. It would help if they had a welcome folder since there is no internet without wifi and no folder with the wifi password. Lucky we were going out and we're able to access the internet so we could get the wifi password. Well stocked with everything you would need.

Beautiful property

As advertised, this is a beautiful property and very remote. Just note, there is no TV. We did have an issue with one of the full size beds and will inform the owner. We had everything we needed and the property was very clean. It is a great cabin in the woods.

Beautiful location

This home is beautiful! The house, the land, the experience were all great. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the water temp in the shower was either scalding or freezing but we made do because the rest of the house was great. The dryer also didn’t tumble but at least we had the washer to get them clean. More than enough space and kitchen items for all of us

Mike has lived in Buffalo or surrounding areas all his life. while Ela is a transplant from Lodz Poland. We truly enjoy working on and improving the property with our son Michal, And we enjoy providing a place that can bring people together to enjoy each other at our quiet magical get away. We are very fortunate to have Chrissy work along with us, anticipating and managing what guests may need in the cabin and keeping everything clean and in order. We hope you enjoy the cabin as much as we do.

We love the quiet country setting. The big sky with stars. the bubbling creek and brook on the property, 100 acres of woods with open fields around and a fishing pond right out the front door make this is a magical place and sits off the main road about 800' . It is a wonderful place to get together with friends and family. And when you have had enough of being in the quiet country there are tons of attractions from 10 min away to only an hour away. Darien lake 6 Flags, Letchworth State Park, Arcade RR, Hidden Valley animal adventure, Wolcott horseback riding, Niagara falls and more

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The cabin was built in the 50's from native pine logs and constructed by local people I know. the logs run vertically and serve as both interior and exterior finish. It is reminiscent of a trappers cabin with its low profile and open interior. Over the years the property has been improved and expanded with modern amenities while keeping it simple. It is open yet cozy, uncluttered yet warm and inviting.
