About this property

A short walk to a private beach for swimming boating or fishing

Enjoy this secluded cottage on a dead end seasonal road in the woods. In the evening enjoy a campfire or gather around the patio and enjoy each other's company.We have a grill and Blackstone with all cooking utensils and a picnic table. It is only a 5 to 10 min walk to a small beach area for swimming fishing or boating. There is a paddle boat,row boat, canoe, 2 kayaks and life jackets for you to enjoy. There is also a small play ground, basketball court and baseball/kickball field. Feel free to bring your recreational vehicles to get around the small community or enjoy a nice walk. We are located near many places to check out, darien lake and letchworth state park are both 30 min away. Niagara falls is 1 hour away. Ellicottville skiing resort is 45 min. Arcade &Attica train is 10 min. There are also many golf courses in the area.
The cottage is equipped with pretty much everything you would need for cooking and the beds are all ready for a good night sleep with black out blinds. There is also a dishwasher and washer and dryer. On the cold night there is a cozy wood stove to keep you warm or on the hot nights enjoy air-conditioning in the bedrooms. There is a loft with 2 cot mattresses a twin bed and a couple air mattresses that kids really enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms one with a queen and a twin bed and the other with a king bed both with fresh linens.

I traveled here for work and this place was beautiful Amy was super friendly and made everything so easy the kitchen is spectacular well stocked pots pans and utensils a great spice rack and the wood stove was sumply tge cherry on top

The house was absolutely amazing if you are looking for somewhere secluded and need a break from everyday chaotic life! This cozy cottage was just what we needed!! The only downside, if you like to stay busy on vacation, is that everything is a bit of a distance to drive (but we didnt mind since we were looking for some solitude away from everything anyway!) Letchworth State Park is 30 minutes away which I highly recommend, it's beautiful!The hosts, Amy & Paul were super friendly, we invited them over for a friendly meet & greet and chatted with them for about 30 minutes. There is a small lake nearby that they keep boats and such that you can use during your stay which is awesome, we hope for better weather next time we go so we can use them! The kitchen has everything you need from pots & pans, silverware, microwave and air fryer, some spices in the cabinets...you may want to stock up on groceries if you dont want to make a drive to go get food (we cooked at the house for dinners but are out for breakfast and lunch since we stayed pretty busy!Highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for your next peaceful retreat!

It's so nice living back in the woods on a dead end road with many friends and things to do just a short walk away

Very peaceful back here and so nice to see nature at its finest
As stated in my reviews I take pride in making the cottage very clean and most people enjoy the scents I use in the laundry and throughout the place. If you would rather I didn't use the scents please let me know before your stay
