This like new, 3-bedroom/2-bath home nestled in the Ozark Mountains is primed for action. Score the best of both worlds with privacy and tranquility along with easy access to adventure!

Inside, you'll find a unique blend of comfort and style including fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and master en suite with jetted tub. Lightning fast Wi-Fi and 3 smart TVs with a large selection of live channels and on-demand streaming content will help
you stay connected.

Outside, enjoy views of the lake peeking through the lush forest from the backyard deck, or starry nights and marshmallows by the fire pit. Walk down to the lake in minutes!

1/2 mile from Holiday Island Marina. Launch your boat free of charge, or rent a slip or boat from the marina.

Less than 2 miles to Holiday Island Recreation Center with 2 pools, tennis courts, pickleball, and mini golf. $6/person/day.

Grocery, restaurants, and convenience stores are located 4 miles away in the Holiday Island shopping complex.

Family Vscation

We needed a vacation, and this definitely was the place to relax. Everything we needed was there, not far from the lake, going into town. We will definitely be back.

All the comforts of home

We have stayed here a few times and enjoyed the full appointments,and quality furnishings a great deal. Pleanty of space, a garage, and outstanding bathroom facilities. We'll come again!

Beautiful

The house was just beautiful and so close to the water. I think the best was when we made a fire and layed down on blankets to look up at the stars. It was breath taking and some quality time with my girls that I will cherish forever!!!

A true gem in the heart of the best of the Ozarks. Perfectly situated and comfortable enough to keep you lounging by the lake if that's what you need. My family and I really enjoyed this place and intend to come back.

Week-end trip

Had a nice weekend get-away with friends. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the walking trail nearby and the proximity to Eureka Springs. Would love to re-visit with family in the summer and spend time on the lake.

Father/son annual motorcycle trip a success!

Everything about this place was good. The only thing I had a concern with was the very large rocks on the driveway. Made it difficult to ride a motorcycle up to the garage. Otherwise great!!

Absolutely gorgeous. Most comfortable beds ever! Very clean and new.

We were all very pleased with this place. It is brand new, clean, and decorated so well. I highly recommend and will stay there in future trips to Eureka Springs.
