Dear John, it was a pleasure having you and your family stay as our guests. We are thrilled to hear that you loved the house and found it to be clear and well organized. I’m sorry you felt the pool was a little dirty. The owners run the filter at night time in order to reduce the electricity bill, so the filter is running seven days a week, just not during peak noticeable hours. The pool is also serviced every Friday by a great five star local reputable pool company, so I am sad to hear that you didn’t think it was up to par. The owners will be speaking with the pool company regarding this to ensure 100% customer satisfaction going forward. We are sorry to hear about the washing machine, before each visitor arrives, the washing machine is preloaded with a whole gallon of laundry detergent, so we’re not quite sure what happened as to why the error code was coming on saying there was no detergent. We diligently worked to get more detergent to you all asap! Amazon ensured us (with a confirmation)the delivery would get there on time, but it took longer than anticipated. We appreciate your feedback as it ensures us the tools necessary to create an amazing home away from home experience for every guest.
