Welcome to the Old West Den. This is one unique Montana Old Western-themed one-bedroom, one-bath den retreat. We hope you enjoy your stay and take in the preserved antiques and décor. This space has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Billings. The Den is a basement unit (part of the duplex which contains the top floor “Rusty Relic” Airbnb unit) and is accessible by outdoor stairs via your private entrance.

The Den has a custom kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and electric grill. The bathroom is spacious with a custom shower and vanity. Bedroom includes a top of the line queen bed. The main room is furnished with an electric leather recliner, sofa, and smart TV for your enjoyment.

Enjoy the authentic old western memorabilia located throughout the Den.

Internet speeds last tested were nearly 300MBPS.

The den access is via the backyard that is landscaped for your enjoyment and relaxation which includes a new hot tub (note this shared between multiple rental units).

Park in the private lot behind the house. There is a large landscaped backyard that has a nice patio with a bbq, fire pit, and hot tub. Excellent spot to relax and unwind!

On-site laundry facility located downstairs that is available to you as part of your stay. Also we are just a stones throw from Terry Park. This basement Old West Den is part of the Duplex including the Rusty Relic (main floor of the house). Laundry is shared between the two units.

Any stay or booking 10 days or longer requires a basic cleaning (bathroom, vacuum, disinfectant, etc.) from our team either halfway through or every 7 days. Note: this is at NO additional cost to you (the renter).

No unregistered guests allowed. I mean it - no extra guests, no exceptions without written approval. I will charge you an extra headcount fee of $100 per person after the first warning.

This is a peaceful neighborhood, quiet time is from 10pm - 8am

Only normal power consumption is provided, if atypical power usage is consumed during your stay, you will be charged the excess amount.

You will receive 1 warning for breaking the house rules. 2nd infraction will result in you being ask to leave without a refund.
