This 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment is in a great location for visiting Logan, Utah. It's within walking distance of both USU and Downtown and near the mouth of Logan Canyon. Centrally located in the 'Island' neighborhood.
It is a bright basement apartment, with full size windows in the main living area and kitchen. While there are two other apartments on site, this feels very private with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Great access to the shared backyard & plenty of parking.
You'll have your own private entrance but please note that there are two other units in this home, one of which is above you on the main floor and you may hear footsteps above or muffled voices from time to time. We ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels but do recommend booking another property if you feel this may be an issue.
The home was built in 1962 and has been updated but still has some of it's original charm. It's located on a scenic road heading to Logan Canyon, there are walking trails and a river right across the street.
There are 2 dedicated parking spots in the driveway but is plenty of parking on the street. Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, fast Wi-Fi, as well as a shared backyard. Please note there is no air conditioner in the unit, but where its a basement unit it stays very cool (read the reviews, even in middle of the summer!). We provide several tower fans just in case.
Access to your own two bedroom apartment, self check-in with smart lock keyless entry. Access to the unit is around the NE side (left) behind the home. There are some solar lights along the path for later check ins.
Most guest prefer a more hands off experience with self-check in, but we are happy to meet you and let you in should you prefer it, we live close by and can help if needed.
Fantastic location with great walking trails right across the street and the Little Logan River. Walking distance to both USU and Downtown.

This Vrbo had everything we possibly needed! Extra towels, extra blankets, comfy beds, comfy couch, lots of natural light. We will be staying here again when we come for a visit! Host communicated well, and was very friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We loved staying here! My husband and I were so impressed with how clean everything was, how organized everything was, how homey it felt, how peaceful it was, and with all of the amenities provided! The hosts were on top of everything. The heating element in the oven didn't work and they were right on top of it, they provided a counter top oven for us to use while they were getting parts to fix the oven. There was no inconvenience for us. They were also super kind and down to earth people! The location was also close to everything we wanted to go to. This is a fantastic place to stay!

Love the location of this vrbo! We dropped our daughter off to USU and stayed a couple days to spend time with her before leaving. This was the perfect place to stay! I also loved how soft and fluffy the towels are. =) It’s so close to campus and in a great neighborhood. Will be booking in the future!
We had a wonderful experience and stay in this quaint 2 bedroom apartment/unit. All we had to do was buy groceries to cook food, as everything else was provided. My daughter and I stayed here for her college visits to USU and Weber SU. It was a great location and close to the community, USU, and more. I'm also a nature photographer, so we enjoyed the local trails, overlooks, and scenery that I captured especially at sunrise. We also experienced the Logan Canyon National Scenic Byway and sites along the way. It was our home away from home for 4 days, and will stay here again if we are back in Logan.

Mindi is an ecologist for a environmental consulting firm, Dan is a manager for a plumbing warehouse. We have two very spoiled dogs and a bunch of chickens. We love traveling and staying in Airbnb's as they have a full kitchen and comfortable living space. We also quite enjoy camping, fishing, gardening and tinkering around the house on our numerous projects.
