As you relax on the balcony, looking out over the serene lake surrounded by acres of greenery, you’ll feel transported, truly away from it. But at the same time, because of Cinnamon Beach’s convenient location—near St. Augustine, Marineland, scores of restaurants, golf courses, and more—you’ll have plenty of things to do and places to visit to choose from. That’s why Cinnamon Beach, Unit 952 is the perfect vacation condo: It offers the best of both worlds.
The condo is part of a 65-acre private gated community of Cinnamon Beach nestled within Ocean Hammock Beach Resort. Just yards away from Unit 952 is the 2.5-mile cinnamon-colored beach, accessible by three private boardwalks. Should you prefer to swim in waters stiller than the Atlantic Ocean, we have two outdoor heated pools, surrounded by chaises, palm trees, and sparkling sea air. There’s also a heated whirlpool, perfect for soaking after a workout in the well-equipped fitness center or a jog along one of our paths. Also on-site are a “splash zone” for kids and game rooms outfitted with air hockey, foosball, and pool tables. All that and more are within the condo complex: no need to even step outside the gates. Please Note: The splash zone is under construction.
Of course, given how spacious and comfortable Unit 952 is, you may not even want to step outside the condo! There’s the luscious balcony, for starters, furnished with a table and chairs so that you can even eat your meals out here. Sliding glass doors lead from the balcony to the living room. Decorated in serene hues, with marvelously plush sofas, cable TV, and a DVD player, it’s large enough to accommodate family and friends for a night of games and movies as well as relaxing enough for a midday nap.
Equally roomy and peaceful is the adjacent dining area. The long glass table seats six with ease and can also accommodate a rousing game of Monopoly. The elegance of the decor matches that of the kitchen beside it. As beautiful as the kitchen is—gorgeous counters, richly finished cabinets—it’s even more practical. It comes equipped with all the major appliances as well as smaller ones including coffee maker and toaster. Also included are cookware, utensils, and tableware: All you have to bring is food (or the names of all the restaurants you plan to visit!). For even more convenience, Unit 952 comes with its own full-size washer and dryer too.
Speaking of convenience, all bedding, towels, pillows, and blankets for Unit 952’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms will be fresh, clean, and waiting for you upon your arrival. Once you see the bedrooms, you may want to make a long, luxurious nap your first order of business!
The master bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed, a TV, and doors that open directly onto that marvelous balcony. You can gaze up at the stars, glass of wine or cup of tea in hand, before retiring to bed every evening—pure romance! The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with shower, tub, and all the storage space you could want.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has two twin beds. Like the master bedroom, they each include a ceiling fan, a TV, and plenty of drawers for unpacking your belongings. The second bathroom is convenient to both of these bedrooms and is decorated to the same high standard.
Whether your dream vacation entails beachcombing and surfing, golfing and sightseeing, or simply lounging and lazing, Cinnamon Beach, Unit 952 is the perfect place from which to enjoy it. So make your dream come true by booking your reservation today.
Please note, the kids' splash zone is currently under construction.

Great spring break!
The condo was wonderful- just as described in photos and plenty of room for a family of 6. Well equipped. We had such a good stay! Our only complaint was that it needs blackout curtains in front bedrooms due to exterior hallway light shining all night. We also had some trouble with the keyless door lock. Maintenance was always quick to help, but it probably needs to be serviced because we got locked out a few times.
The community itself is beautiful and huge! Beach access was very close and easy, but beware of hidden rocks in the water. Would not recommend swimming or fishing. Great shelling and good for playing in the surf. Beautiful coast line.
The pool was a little farther than we realized it would be. About a 5 minute walk from the condo, which was still fine! There are 2 pools but only one is a “kids” pool. The other is a “quiet” pool (maybe we missed that in the description) so the lakeside kids pool gets crowded. They do have a grille/bar next to the lakeside pool, with limited hours. Food was yummy! Service was super slow and that’s the only food option on the property. The game room was well stocked with fun things for our boys. The gym was tiny. They have a decent variety of equipment but it always seems to be packed and difficult to grab a space. Outside though, you have enough side walk/paths to get in some good distance running or walking.
Publix grocery is just about a mile away and super convenient! You can actually walk there. It’s sidewalked all the way down. There are also a few other little restaurants on the way there- JT’s Seafood Shack was excellent. You can easily drive up A1A and hit other little towns and then St Augustine was only 30-45 minutes with tons of options for food and entertainment. Good/easy fishing at Fort Matanzas both from the bridge or off beach.
Not the greatest...
The place itself was well kept and clean. They left one roll of toilet paper and a few towels for the entire 6 guests which we thought was a bit crazy. Usually rentals go above and beyond with these types of things. The most annoying part about staying here is the security. Every single day you must go through the security check point to get to your place, we were there during Bike Week and often waited in line for 15+ minutes to get “checked” in order to proceed to our own place. It became ridiculous, other people in our group had their passes yanked and had to get a 1 day pass every single day. It’s a nice area but nowhere near that nice to have this crazy amount of security. I wouldn’t go back just because of the security.
Overall, a wonderful family getaway
This condo is on the fifth floor across the street from beach access. Although there is one row of condos between it and the beach, it was still only a ten minute walk from condo door to the waves of the ocean. Since this is a private beach in a gated community, it was never crowded or trashy. The sand was white on top and cinnamon colored once you dug deeper with a shovel. We saw dolphins! No jellyfish or seaweed.
The condo was well furnished, quiet, clean, and quite spacious. There was no smoke smell.
Cable and wifi worked great.
We watched otters play and turtles swim from the balcony overlooking the bay. There were no mosquitos on the balcony.
There were provided dish washing fluid, hand soap, paper towels, vacuum, dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, and toilet paper.
There was covered parking, an elevator, and a rolling luggage cart.
There are board games in a closet if it rains.
On the first night, I did see one small roach in the master bathroom which I quickly squished. There were no bugs seen thereafter.
There is a $2 cash-only toll to get to town each time you make the trip.
There was no provided laundry detergent nor shampoo.
There was no pack and play crib for an infant to sleep in.
The beds/mattresses were a little too firm for my back.
The dryer dries very slowly.
Checkout on the day you leave is at 10:00am and you have a bit of a to-do list before you can leave including stripping beds, starting dishwasher, taking out trash, so it was pretty hectic.
This was our first time to the area and it was beautiful. The condo had plenty of space and clean.
This area is very nice. It's quiet and very clean. If you have teenage kids and want off property activities I wouldn't recommend staying here. You have to drive at least 45 minutes to get to any outdoor or indoor fun attractions. We drove an hour and a half to Orlando just to do something other than the beach and pool. But if you're looking for relaxing at the pool and beach and maybe some exercise this is perfect for you. Also the directions where the pools and activity center were not clear. Had to kinda ride and find it. But over all a great trip and very affordable for 6 people. I'd return again.
Front Gate Security Rude and Unprofessional
I had planned a nice Mothers Day Weekend after reading good reviews of condos at Cinnamon Beach but turned out to be a bad weekend . I arrived at the front gate entrance to find out by an obnoxious and rude security guard that we could not go in . He looked inside the car as if we were criminals . He proceeded to say that we were not in the system . I told him that I would park on the side out of the way of traffic so that I can call the agency to see why we weren't in the system and he told me to go back to the open Beach area which was about 4 miles back and to call them there. I had my elderly parents in the car which at this time were extremely worried with the behavior of this guard and his rudeness . I finally was able to get the agency on the phone and they verified all info in which they had forgotten or the actual guard that was there just didn't want to let us in . Don't know .
When I got to the condo itself I turned on the tv and about an hour later the living room tv had no signal . I called maintenance and he fixed along with a breaker that had tripped in the unit leaving my parents wth no lights in the bedroom. On the last day that I was there again the tv in living room had no signal . The nice weekend I planned actually turned out to be a very bad experience . The property is very nice but lacking good customer service . It's a shame.
Room was not serviced from prior guests
Total lack of communication from the rental company prior to our stay. We signed our documents, only to continue receiving emails asking us to sign for entrance codes. We continued to sign over and even tried calling many times to resolve the issue. No call back from the company. I finally called and received help with codes the day before arrival. We had a late flight, arrived at condo just before 1 a.m. only to find condo was never serviced. Linens from master were on the washing machine, some towels were in the garden tub, twin bedroom had towels on chests and beds, candy on the living room floor, kitchen had bread crumbs on counter and grocery bags on the counter. We called the after hours line many times and were told maybe they could get us into a different room, they will try to get this resolved...all kinds of things. This went on for hours. No call back. Once the office opened we finally spoke with housekeeping and they sent a nice lady to clean. Our room was finished being serviced before 1 p.m. Very disappointing! I called a few days after arriving home to let them know how upset I was to never even get a call from the company apologizing.
