Come and stay at this gorgeous unit # 611-1/ 2 of a upstair studio that is a part of historic Spokane in the early 1900’s, previously known as the Monroe House Servant’s Quarters, located in lower South Hill. This 1-bedroom apartment offers Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. Fresh towels, bed linen and toiletries are offered. Two free parking spaces are located behind the home as well as on-street parking. The Sacred Hearts Medical Center and Shriner’s Hospitals for Children are right down the street. The property is 5 minutes away from Downtown, 1.2 miles from SkyRide, 1.2 miles from Riverfront Square Park, 2.4 miles from Spokane Convention Center, and many other local attractions.
