About the host
Hosted by David Warn
I was born and raised in Noank and happy to share any local knowledge.
Why they chose this property
Noank is a classic New England village surrounded by water on three sides. The mix of residential, working marinas, and restaurants is great. Proximity to Mystic provides easy access to more dining options, shopping, and tourist activities.
What makes this property unique
Originally built in 1844, the home has been completely renovated, but still retains a classic 'old house' feel. Like many Noank homes, it was built and expanded in phases over many years, so contains interesting features you will not find in a modern house.
