10 out of 10 experience at this property! The house had everything we needed and more and was absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked, comfy beds and pillows, gorgeous outdoor space, and a short walk the beach which you can see from the property. Pam was amazing and super quick to get back to me on my questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Mashpee area. We can't wait to go back!

Would bring family again!

Loved our stay. Very short walk to the private beach and wonderful surrounding community. As an added bonus the house was very well equipped for my toddler-aged daughter and niece 😊

Great Stay in Popponesset.

Very nice house as advertised. Clean, well appointed and in great condition. Was well stocked with beach chairs/wagon etc as well as toys for the kids.

Awesome place steps away from beach

Great stay with two families. Easy sleeping arrangements for both the kids and couples. Kitchen was functional with everything we needed. Location was super near beach and marketplace.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and clean. We have 2 young kids and the set up was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and the house is so well equipped with kids items and toys. The patio and sandbox were also great. We hope to go back next summer!

Beautiful comfort

Perfect Place

A beautiful house in a great location, it was everything we hoped it would be. The house is just a few steps from the beach and has plenty of items to keep the whole family entertained. In the backyard, the toddlers enjoyed the sandbox and toys, while the adults gathered around the fire pit. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we have a family trip on the Cape!

Perfect Little Nancy Meyers Cape House

The house is CUTE, fully stocked, and steps to the beach. The neighbors wave and say hi, the market shops are walkable and just the cutest and have everything you need. It was a dreamy perfect week here. I don't usually review vacation stays but this house was wonderful. Comfortable beds, high end furnishing and appliances, everything you need on hand. We enjoyed taking the kayak down to the beach, grilling on the blackstone every night, and playing apples to apples with the kids. If you find this place available, book it!

Wonderful home for family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Pam‘s house. The house is perfectly set up for families, including with little touches like baby gates, plastic dishes, and many other things readily available. Our kids (5 and 2.5) were able to play in the house, easily walk over to the beach, and loved the marketplace that was just a 10 minute walk away. And of course, the house was clean and well stocked with everything the grown-ups needed to make our stay really enjoyable and easy as well. Whenever I had a question, Pam was very quick to respond and made sure everything was all set. I cannot recommend the home highly enough, and we’ll certainly be back in the near future!

Beautiful home steps to the beach!

This house was beautiful and so modern. The kitchen was amazing and we couldn’t wait to cook! Beach chairs, kayaks, corn hole, puzzles and tons of games. The bedrooms were good sized with modern, brand name sheets and comforters. And tons of nice towels. Not having to pack bins of linens was so nice. But the best part was we were steps to the beach and able to go back to the house for lunch, drinks, naps etc. We spent 2 nights dining at the Lure- right on the water with yummy food and entertainment. Great for families of all ages. We are definitely interested in going back!

Wonderful

This was our first VRBO experience. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. As mentioned in other posts, the house is nicer in person! Clean, comfortable inside and outside. Pam was easy to communicate with, we heard from her before our stay and she left us her cell# in case anything came up during our stay. There were many things in the house provided for our use, such as kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, etc. We had two days of rain (intense thunderstorms), which limited what we can do in the area. We were very comfortable staying closeby and enjoying the immediate area. The Popponesset Markletplace is a short drive (or a long, healthy walk) and a great, lowkey place to grab coffee, a meal, play mini-golf, and enjoy live entertainment. We would love to book here again!

Absolutely the perfect place to stay in Cape Cod!!

We so loved this house! We had poor weather three of our 4 days but all the toys that came with the house kept our four-year-old twins delightedly entertained. There is even a sandbox in the backyard which, although damp from the unavoidable rain, was still a big hit with the little ones. The kitchen had every possible amenity, and the beach was so much closer than the pictures show. Access onto the beach was super easy with the twins as there were far fewer steps than some nearby properties on other streets had. The beach itself was delightful on the one sunny day we were able to enjoy it. The lush landscaping at the house made the backyard so private and cozy. We loved sitting by the firepit after our one day at the beach with glasses of wine after the twins went to sleep. There is a Children's museum very close by and the town of Mashpee, complete with upscale shopping and restaurants, was a short drive away. All in all, this was the perfect house for us and we heartily and unreservedly recommend it!

Best Weekend!

We rented this house for my bachelorette party and it was one of the best weekends I have had! This house is beyond beautiful. The owners put so much thought into every single detail. They had plenty of beach chairs, corn hole, games literally everything you could imagine. The house is perfect for a group of people. The kitchen, dining room and living room is all open so everyone could be together but not feel packed into 1 room. The street is lined with other beautiful homes with the ocean being at the end of it. The master bedroom has a balcony and if you keep the shades open you see the sunrise come up over the ocean and you can even hear the waves crashing. The only thing is the little market area and restaurants have weird hours at this time because it is off season but the Mashpee commons is right down the street with more stuff to do. I could probably write a book about how great the house was but I think you should experience it yourselves :) I highly recommend renting it ! Thanks Pamela for helping create a memorable bachelorette weekend!

Perfect

We were extremely lucky to find this gem. The location is beautiful and the house is immaculate. The pictures, while nice, do not do it justice. You're so close to the beach and the beach is never "full" or even close, plenty of room. All of the other reviews are spot on. Nice 15 min. walk to the market area where they have some typical "cape shops", Ice cream, mini golf and a couple small restaurants. We enjoyed the deck off the master every night quite a bit. Short on time for the review, but everything was perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The Cape Cod Dream

Well appointed home, 90 second walk to the beach. Outside offers plenty of lounging options, including a fire pit. Great hosts, easy communication. This is our second time renting, and hopefully not the last.

Great Home

Our three generational family had a wonderful time. The home is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen or for the beach. Plenty of toys for the little ones in the beautiful backyard. It's steps away from a private beach on a very friendly block. Hope to return!

Lovely Popponesette Beach home

Our group of 5 " seniors" thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was a perfect location to begin our day trips to other areas of the Cape. We loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on the back patio and even tho we didn't use the kitchen beyond that it was a chef's dream! It was a very short walk to the ocean to view the morning sunrise - there's even a bench to sit on! All areas of the home are beautifully appointed and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
