Our goal is to make your dream become a memory that you can hold onto for a lifetime. Casa Feliz is located within Loreto Bay, the high-end guard gated development 10 minutes from town and the airport. Our home's backyard overlooks the 17th green on the Loreto Bay Golf course. Construction was completed on the home in May of 2024. The home was built for bringing amigas and amigos together.
The home features a great room which encompasses the 400 sq. ft. kitchen, the 16-person hammered copper dining table, an Italian leather sectional; each has a splendid view of the UHD 98" television. The kitchen features all Viking appliances including: two dishwashers, icemaker, beverage refrigerator and an 8 burner, two oven range. The 48” refrigerator is Subzero.
But the real fun begins when you open the glass wall to the backyard. Here we have incorporated a hot tub, a Baja bench with seating for two and a swim up bar with stools for six. These amenities help to frame the 50' long swimming pool with four additional bar stools and two long benches for seating and enjoying the magnificent view. The outdoor kitchen includes an icemaker, a beverage refrigerator, dishwasher and a large Traeger grill. We also have a large firepit with seating for a dozen or more amigos.
The four available bedrooms all have their own bath and provide a king bed and two nightstands except for our Naranja bedroom which has two queens. And let us not forget the upstairs firepit with 8 swivel rocking chairs.
And of course we have all of the toys including: two paddleboards, two kayaks, three sets of golf clubs, two electric bikes and a 4 person golf cart. As a special treat you'll have access to our motor yacht at a 50% discount, instead of paying $2,000 for the day you will only pay $1,00 which covers the Captain, his mate if needed and diesel.
